Old woman at the front made me feel rushed. Gave me attitude when I tried to tell her I never had to order Mac and cheese a particular way. She thought I didn’t see but she cut her eyes at me and rolled them, I walked out before she got cussed out!!!

I placed a mobile order at around 640 this morning. It was marked ready at 705. After siting in the drive thru for 7 minutes they then asked me to pull up and wait another 15 minutes. Why would it take that long to make an order. It was for a dozen bagels slice and toasted but seriously. This is the second time in a week that I had an issue with an order. The last time I ordered for delivery they left part of my order out. This will be my last time ordering from them.

I ordered delivery through the Panera app. As I watched the tracker for the driver and was standing in the parking lot, no one ever arrived, yet my delivery was marked as Delivered! I called the restaurant, and they said they could only refund me and could not resend. Gabriela was supposedly my driver.
This was our second time at a Panera. since the chain has not come to our home area. Building is newer, but like most chains, it could be cleaner. It was convenient and fast, but where to go next is not easily discerned, and it is clearly not the best place for elderly diners. My 79 y.o. spouse was challenged by layout on the building, design of food service, readability, and understanding of the menu. Food was great once we grasped the ordering approach, but he could not carry the bowl of soup and sandwich alone. No server offered help, but we had given a tip at checkout, which drew an audible sigh and a look of disdain from the cashier. Is there a senior discount? None was offered. We'll likely not return having used our gift card plus additional money, but other seniors may not be as happy.
Dietary restrictions: Fat and sodium content would be helpful.

My bagel was put into the bag and it was unwrapped. It was toasted, but they did not put the butter on it. They gave me butter packs. Not a great experience.

People are friendly, but ALWAYS give yourself enough time to check any to-go order! Something is always wrong or missing. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. But this happens with less friendly staff at the North Hills location as well.

Rather impersonal, all automated/self service.

Tea dispenser barely a trickle, out of Agape syrup, long wait for sandwich which was more bread than substance. Not typical of this store.

The quality of this location has plummeted recently. I have ordered coffee (and breakfast) from here on numerous occasions the past few weeks because it’s super convenient for my route to work. Every. Single. Time. the coffee is wrong. I don’t understand how difficult it is to put the correct milk and flavors in drinks from a menu so simple. I’ve never had an issue with the food, other than orders taking nearly 15 minutes in the drive thru (despite mobile ordering). They definitely need to streamline some things.

I went to pick up my food and the lady stopped me saying that you needed to check it and ask me my name and then handed me my bag. Plus the food is checked by the people.Prepare enough before they even put it in the bag Most panera's, you just go to the counter and pick up your food or they call you by your name.Make me feel like the lady thought I was steeling

I rarely leave reviews but this is specially for the person working drive thru this afternoon 10/9. He was so incredibly cheery and kind. He changed my outlook on the rest of my day. Kindness matters. Thank you!

GThe worst place Panera Bread I always eat my lunch at this restaurant at least twice a week, but every time they disappoint me with the food I order, which looks like leftovers from someone else. I promise myself never to eat at Panera Bread, especially at 2410 Landmark Drive, Raleigh, NC, again.
In the afternoon at 1:15 PM, I placed an order for 2 creek salad even though it smelled bad. The order number is 147906
