I have ordered from this location numerous times. The food has always been good, but yesterday (11/28/25) it was exceptional. The pizza was created absolutely perfect. Kudos to those who prepared my dinner. Many thanks.

The pizza was way too small. We ordered a medium they gave us a 10 inch inside. they do not wear gloves to make a pizza. They were using the same hands to make the pizza they do the trash in. The place stink the floor were yellow. It was not clean at all. They charge to 12.99 for a pizza that's not even look like a medium they gave us a 10 inch when we ordered a 12 inch this service was not good at all

I ordered online and forgot to put down my wings as well done. When I called in a guy answered and I explained that I just didn't see the option and when I asked if the wings had been put in the oven he said no. I then asked could my wings be made well done he said no. So my wings can't go through the oven for an extra 5 minutes??? Now my only problem is that any other PJs I've ordered from ever would have done that no problem. I stay by the Brier Creek location and they would've done it no problem. Judging from the other reviews for this store it's just poor customer service and that's just sad.

I ordered through the app and it went smoothly until the driver came. He was a papa johns delivery driver and he was very rude. He didn't even knock he just stood at the door. He rounded up the amount of money i owed without even giving me a choice and his only response was he had no change. I feel like we should have a choice instead being charged or not.

Placed the order online. Called the store because our school’s team is visiting for a tournament and want to make sure that the address instruction is clear.

First of all, I asked who I am speaking with to use as referrence. She responded with “I don’t give out.” I was surprised with the response and was confused as to why? So I just went about the order # and would like to double check if the instruction is clear as we are a visiting team.

Secondly, she told me I gave the wrong address. I mentioned the online ordering gave me all the options for NC State University and let me chose the buidling. Her response was, “Well we need the exact address.” I told her, “I don’t know and she should request the head office to change and require the exact address instead of choosing options.”

Thirdly, she said she will look it up for me then she went back and dropped my call.

I called back a guy now answered, I asked for the name of the lady I spoke with who just dropped my call. Placed on hold and she answered now saying, “Sorry, the call got disconnected.”

I am talking to her about her behavior and she refused to listen and just kept talking that she corrected the address.

After asking me if there is anything she can do for me, I told her I want to talk to her behavior in dealing with customers. Her response was, “Thank you for your call. Bye.”

Here I am calling and talking nicely, excited for a game tomorrow. Then someone will just drop their attitude on you. I don’t care if you are having a bad day. Learn to deal and separate your personal feelings when you are in your work place.

Great location, food was great, staff were great, all of these poor rating’s are false, nothing like it at all. Don’t eat at papa john’s if you’re gonna complain about cleanliness, quickness, or what the staff do. It’s Papa John’s, not a 5 star restaurant. 😹💀
