Placed the order online. Called the store because our school’s team is visiting for a tournament and want to make sure that the address instruction is clear.
First of all, I asked who I am speaking with to use as referrence. She responded with “I don’t give out.” I was surprised with the response and was confused as to why? So I just went about the order # and would like to double check if the instruction is clear as we are a visiting team.
Secondly, she told me I gave the wrong address. I mentioned the online ordering gave me all the options for NC State University and let me chose the buidling. Her response was, “Well we need the exact address.” I told her, “I don’t know and she should request the head office to change and require the exact address instead of choosing options.”
Thirdly, she said she will look it up for me then she went back and dropped my call.
I called back a guy now answered, I asked for the name of the lady I spoke with who just dropped my call. Placed on hold and she answered now saying, “Sorry, the call got disconnected.”
I am talking to her about her behavior and she refused to listen and just kept talking that she corrected the address.
After asking me if there is anything she can do for me, I told her I want to talk to her behavior in dealing with customers. Her response was, “Thank you for your call. Bye.”
Here I am calling and talking nicely, excited for a game tomorrow. Then someone will just drop their attitude on you. I don’t care if you are having a bad day. Learn to deal and separate your personal feelings when you are in your work place.

Soon as I called to place an order, the lady answered the phone with an attitude and said “I do not have time for you right now call back later” before I could even say anything! I always use the app to place an order, but they previously messed up my order and they gave me a free one under my number so I only could call to redeem it.

I walked into this place and nobody said a word to me, even after looking at me… like who the hell is running this place and what kind of customer service expectations does this place have? Smh even the employees weren’t talking amongst one another. One guy was wearing beat headphones While making a pizza lol. Smh food might be good idk but I don’t recommend waking into this place. At least night during the night time hours because the staff I encountered 🚮

Hi Papa Johns Pizza, You need 1 employee only for register. The responsibility is take the order and give the ready orders for customer. You have a lot customer, but your service is slow. You leave the ready order on the shelf while many customers are waiting Don't let customers wait too long for food. It is not good.

The people who work here seem to do a good job, they never take longer than 20 minutes for an order. Which is quite impressive considering how busy it gets on Friday nights in a college town.
I usually go to the branch on Avent Ferry-Western Blvd, the staff are very friendly and clean, orders getting ready very quickly.

I asked for 6 plates cups and handful of napkins and apparently thats too much to ask. My doordash driver arrived with 3 cups, no plates and a small pinch of napkins for 6 people. What an incredible customer service. Never ordering here again. I implore you to do the same whoever reads this.

Delivered to the wrong address and when I called they just kept cutting the phone. Don't order from here.

Ordered a pizza for pick-up through the app. When i arrived at the store to pick-up my order the guy at the desk said it is still in the oven. While i am waiting, a customer comes in with an open pizza box and tells the desk person he gave him the wrong order so the desk guy goes to the pick-up ready shelves and gets the right pizza box and hands it to customer, and to my surprise the desk guy RESEALS the open box and places it on the ready for pick up shelve. Few minutes passes by and the desk guy retreives the RESEALED box that was just handed to him few minutes earlier and gives it to me (the pizza I ordered handed to that other customer by mistake). I told him I do not want it and asked to cancel the order and give me a refund. He asks the manager on duty for help, the manager asks him what happened and proccedes to make a replacement order without talking to me or asking me what i want to do.

The staff has no personality! They seem confused and unorganized definitely NOT FRIENDLY!!! Customer service iSUCKS!! I will say the young lady with glasses—manager handled her staff professionally!!! Very apologetic!
