This is the second time I've asked for a pizza and they give me what they want with a bad attitude. I asked for a pizza with mushrooms and all the vegetables. This is what they gave me. When I went to complain, the store manager mistreated me for not knowing English.

Comical. $38 for a large pizza, left on the porch without knocking or ringing. $5 advance tip wasn’t enough to get a knock….compared to other better local options for $15-$20 pickup. Been a year since I tried Papa Johns, will be longer before I give you guys another shot. Had to really examine the pizza to make sure we actually had toppings, 1 olive per slice, maybe 2….

I'm just all together disappointed in the terrible pizza I got. I ordered the shaqaroni because the description made it sound like what I was wanting. The only thing that was true was that it does have extra pepperoni , new York style crust-nope! extra cheese - nope! Extra large pizza - nope! Heck they couldn't even be bothered to cut the overly chewy and underdone crust. Shaq should be ashamed to be associated with this epic failure of a product.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would!! The disrespect of the Manager when speaking to him on the phone about my order being late was uncalled for! I wouldve Been more understanding if he would’ve apologized for the late delivery but HE was not. It was suppose to be here between 5:30-5:48 and got here closer to 6pm. Called the restaurant and He rudely dismissed me and was rude! And then hung up in my face!!! I called Corporate and left a voicemail and waiting on a reply. I will NOT ordering from them again. I get Better customer service from other places.

Have always gotten great pizzas here over the years. Recently made a mistake and ordered online from this location instead of another one (since it was the last place I had ordered from). I didn't realize until after the pizza had already been made. I called to ask them to give the pizza away and they said they would not only do that but also refund me as well. Super friendly about the whole situation. Great customer service!

Got on his phone and simply stood on my front doorstep and stared me down while texting someone.
The single weirdest food delivery interaction of my entire life. Avoid this place and chain unless you wanna feel super awkward.
I will say that, I entered the delivery instructions to simply leave it at my door.
This place needs help.
I do not, in this particular case, wish them the best.

Out of town on vacation, ordered from this location. Ordered extra sauce on my pizza and it was not made with extra sauce. Pizza had quite a few dough bubbles that formed while it was in the oven. This means the dough was either under-proofed or over proofed. They’re not the only location to forget extra pizza sauce. Overall a poor product showing for Papa John’s. Staff was decent but nothing to write home about.

Ordered three items, received one. It appears that this location uses Door Dash for delivery. I called Door Dash to complain, and they told me to talk to Papa Johns. Papa Johns Customer Service line is not live, so there's no recourse for two-thirds of your order not being delivered other than emailing their customer service and waiting for 48 hours for resolution. Good luck, never ordering from PJs again.

Pizza was ok. Toppings were ok and breading was unflavorful and dry. The Wings were delicious and sauced to perfection. Oreo bites were half cooked. Sauce had a weird flavor.

Ordered a pizza for pickup. Arrived in the middle of dinner rush- there were tickets stacked up and more pizzas cranking through the ovens then seemed like 3 guys could produce. I was greeted with a calm and genuine smile, and although the line of hungry people was backed up and not moving for a minute or two, pretty soon the PJ guy caught up with the necessary errands around the kitchen to keep his other guys working and started quickly handing people out people’s pizzas to them and the line was handled in a matter of seconds. I received my pizza exactly on time and it was delicious.
