Perry's Steakhouse & Grille - Raleigh

Our sever was outstanding . Very impressed that the manager came by our table twice to ensure we were happy with our food and experience . This was our second visit . The culture at this restaurant is very customer centric .

Service was so-so. I had to repeat my wine order twice. My filet was way overcooked. I ordered med-rare and got well done. Disappointed.

We had such a lovely experience here, and everyone was pleasant. Our server, Heidi, really put our experience over the top though. She was so lovely and made sure everything was perfect, and would make sure glasses were always full, even quietly when we were in the middle of conversation. The NY Strip was perfectly cooked, loved the sturdy but soft bread and spreadable butter that adorned the table. Heidi made sure we got extra with our meal when she noticed we were running low. My only wish for improvement was with the bananas foster, it was not what I would have expected. I have had it in years past at other locations and it had always been my favorite. I didn't love the thick white chocolate shell over the ice cream, it took us some doing to dig through it to crack it. The alcohol wasn't burned off properly from the dessert, which made for an interesting experience with an alcohol-free table. :-) Everything else was so perfect, we didn't worry about it and kept moving with our night, but maybe revisit how the bananas foster is created. Otherwise, the dessert trio was fabulous, sides were delicious, steaks cooked perfectly, everything came out in a satisfactory time, and we were sat immediately at our reservation time. The dining room was never too loud, and conversation was always easy. One more shout out to the amazing Heidi who went out of her way to make us feel like all star guests. We will definitely be back, and sending everyone we know for special events.

The scallops were good but a bit cold. I had pasta so mixed with the scallops fixed the temperature but alone they weren't fully hot. I'll definitely go again the ambiance and staff was amazing!!

My staff and I attended as a pre holiday outing and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The dining experience was great, food was delicious and we had no issues at all. Just be patient as the excellence in preparing food may take time but we arrived at 7:15. were seated, ordered around 7:40 and had our food around 8:15 or so and was out before 10pm.

This was my third time at a Perry's. I love everything except the background music always seems too loud. It's hard to hear my friends and family at my table and our server.

Aaliyah, with two e's, was amazing! The food was incredible, and it really made our anniversary feel really special.

The food was great but the service was poor: slow, waiter's attentiveness was lackadaisical, and attention to detail was disappointing. Sad, because our past experiences dining here were always fantastic. I hope this was just a bad night and not a sign of things to come.

Perry's never disappoints at whatever location you dine with them. Hostess desk personnel, waitstaff and everyone else employed by Perry's have been well trained to make each diner receive exceptional service. Don't pass up an opportunity to dine at Perry's!

Our waiter Ron was excellent. He recommended special and even made sure my martini was made perfect.

Perry’s was amazing! It was my first time there and I will be back for sure. The food was impeccable. When tasting the pork chop, I nearly had tears in my eyes. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts too! The atmosphere was beautiful and well designed. It was so cozy yet sophisticated. Lastly, our service was great. As someone who currently is a server, I would say our waiter had fabulous people skills and good timing. His name was Jessie, and he did a great job. He was conversational and friendly, and made sure we had a great first time. Request him next time you go to dine here! Thanks Perry’s, we will be back.

This was my first time visiting Perry's. and we had such wonderful service and upscale environment. By the way, Eric was our server and he provided us with an exceptional customer satisfaction. I ordered the Jackfruit steak with veggies and it was delicious. I will visit again, thank you!

We dined at Perry's for our 25th anniversary. The food and cocktails were great. A highlight of our experience was our server, Andrell. He was kind, professional, and very pleasant. He made us feel quite at home and well taken care of. I hope he gets somehow rewarded for his outstanding service!
