Perry's Steakhouse & Grille - Raleigh

The flow of service is very slow. My friends and I doesn't get to go out as often because of our schedules but we finally able to yesterday. Our reservation was at 6:45 but we ended up having to have our dessert to go because it's already 9:00 and had to go home. We asked our waitress twice to get our picture and she kept telling us I need to put a way the tray table then she came back and refilled water to the table next to us and 30 minutes later, she sent a person to take the person. We hardly see her around to let her know we need to go box for our main entree and need to get our dessert which we already ordered along with everything, she didn't come until 30-35 minutes to ask us and she said she couldn't give it's our dessert until our entree items are cleared. We looked for her every time and she doesn't come and check on us until 20/30 minutes later. The food was great, no questions about it.

We went for national pork chop day and as always it was delicious. Server was very attentive I had a nice personality the ambience was nice we definitely come back again and again

We had a reservation for a date night and so we dressed for the dinner thinking we were going to have a nice fine dining experience. We arrived a few minutes early and checked in. We didn't wait long before we were greeted and taken to a table. We got comfortable and started looking at the menu. We were impressed by the selections and so we ordered a couple of apps and our main course. The waitress, while friendly made us feel rushed. To add to that when the apps came we hardly had time to enjoy them or finish them before the entrees arrived. The entire meal felt rushed as if they wanted to get us done asap so they could seat other guest. The food was great but for the money we didn't appreciate feeling rushed. As for a fine dining experience, we don't feel that Perry's is a fine dining establishment due to other guest wearing ball caps, sweatpants and others looking as if they had just came from the gym. Again, the food was good but the experience not so much and we dine out a lot and had hoped to find a good to spot in Raleigh but this isn't it.

Upon arrival for our reservation, we waited more than 15 minutes before we were seated. Thankfully, once seated the food and service was outstanding.

We have been here several times, and it seems that with every visit we are more disappointed...our server was friendly and apologetic..the service was slow, the food was mediocre at best.

Whether you're drawn to their signature seven-finger-high pork chop or the USDA Prime steaks broiled to perfection, Perry's delivers on quality and consistency. Prices are aligned with establishments of similar caliber, making it a worthwhile indulgence for those seeking a high-end dining experience without sticker shock. In sum, Perry's provided a fantastic close to a long travel day—elevated yet comforting, polished yet welcoming. We'll certainly be returning.

One of the better restaurants I've been to in all of America. Food is always amazing and the service is equally amazing! We go often so we'll be there again soon!!!

We had an incredible experience today! We had a reservation, and were seated promptly. Bread was on the table within minutes of sitting down, and Jordan was a fantastic, attentive server. Our water glasses were always full, the pacing and temperature of our food was perfection, the manager visited us to check on things....just an overall outstanding experience. We have dined with Perry's before, but today really felt like all the boxes were checked perfectly. Thank you, Jordan and staff, for giving us a reason to write this review!

Jordan was our server and she was superb. The food was amazing and the drinks too. I love Perry's food and service and will come back for certain. They are an amazing team!

Delicious! Truly enjoyed our lunch and dessert. John is a fantastic server, we've had him twice now.

Wait person packed my leftovers into 1 container after I asked for 2 containers. Now I have steak covered with 2 sides. Creamed spinach was over seasoned/salty. Otherwise it was ok.

The service provided was exceptional, with a keen eye for detail. Our initial experience left a lasting impression, as the food was not only delicious but the cocktails were exquisite and the dessert divine. The waitress was truly remarkable. This establishment is truly outstanding! I will certainly be returning in the future.

Beautiful restaurant. Steaks tender but too much seasoning. Took away from the taste of the steak. Services slow for the quality of this restaurant.
