Pizza Hut in Raleigh

“I had a great experience here the night of 1/4/26. I ordered from here since the one in Durham where I live was closed. The food and experience was much better than the one near me. It was 11:59 right before closing (they close at 12) and there were 2 young men working. The name on my receipt says Jefforey so I think he’s the one I encountered. He had a great attitude. He kindly greeted me when I walked in and he didn’t mind me ordering a thing of the Parmesan cheese even though they were closing. He had a nice smile on his face while the other guy held the door for me as I left. And the food was absolutely amazing! Yep much better than the experience I have at the ones in Durham. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys.“

“Excellent service by Levita . But this location is under staff . I saw her working while I was waiting for my pizza . She was doing the front and back jobs getting the orders right on time. It seems like they need a third person as a floater.“

“I was a little skeptical to order Bc of the past reviews and google rating. But oh man I’m glad I gave it a chance. Our order was on time . Food quality was amazing and piping hot. I ordered stuff crust pepperoni and meat lovers. I requested for both pizzas to be double cut and my request was for-filled through online ordering. After a long day at the pool with the kiddos this was a great way to satisfy our night with quality delivery . The kiddos loved it. “Alasia is a very nice and helpful worker she knows how to get her job done when its needed it was very clean when I went to get a pizza and I didnt know which I wanted so I asked her for some recommendations and she gave me a good one I would go back!!“

“I have no complaints about the rock quarry location. Every time my food is hot and ready when I arrive. I haven’t had any issues with customer service and even the one time I ordered for delivery my food arrived still at good temp. I was hesitant because I have had some bad experiences with other Pizza Hut locations in the past but this staff here so far has never missed!“

“Immediately walking in I was greeted with the sweetest smile from Zaniyah and she was just so helpful as I wasn't able to place my order online and still unsure of I wanted..my food was cooked to perfection by Shannah and I will certainly be doing my pizza night nowhere else but the hut on Capital..a duo you'll love if you're looking for good service and good food...“
