“I went in not knowing you could dine in there. The restaurant was really clean. Two ladies came from the back to help me at the counter and chit chat which was nice. There was one other couple waiting on their food but they didn't have to wait very long. I ordered a personal Pizza and a small order of breadsticks and a Pepsi zero and it only came to $12. Got my drink and sat down and played on my phone for a few minutes until the food came. The whole dining area was very clean but sadly there was nobody there enjoying pizza. They brought it out to the table and it was hot. The pizza was very good for being a small little pizza. The britch sticks were very warm and of course they bring you marinara sauce to dip them in. They're very buttery, warm, and soft. I went to the counter where the drink machine is and got a couple napkins and sat down and enjoyed my meal while they played some oldies music which was fine and actually relaxing. When I was done, I took my plate and tray to the counter and the woman behind the counter took them from me and said thank you and I said thank you. Before I left, cuz I had an hour and a half drive, I went to the men's room which was also very clean. It is a one-person type bathroom but quite large. There's a toilet and no stall around it and then the urinal, but it just seems rather large for one occupant. The soap dispenser works fine. The faucet worked fine and the paper towels had no trouble coming out. I know a lot of the pizza hits are shutting down but it's a shame. Some of these are a gem including this one.“
“I had a great experience at Pizza Heart in Goldsboro, thanks to Alicia Rivers! She's a young cashier with a very positive attitude and a welcoming smile. She was polite, professional, and made the ordering process quick and easy. It’s always refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with kindness. Keep up the great work, Alicia! She is a jewel please give her a pay raise“
