“As most businesses suffer with staffing, Pizza Hut is over coming the issue with great customer service.
My order was late, and a new employee forgot to make part of the order. Not only did the manager address my concerns, he also took the time to calmly explain to the new associate proper procedures for the order process. If other leaders took the time to effectively teach staff, I think we would all have better dining experiences.

Her name is Coco. The gentleman that answered the window was nice too but she gave A++ experience. We need more people like this working with customers.
