Pizza Hut - open until 4-22

1/30/2025 around noon. I bought a pizza from that Pizza Hut on Rock Quarry Rd. I usually don't write reviews, but this was the worst pizza I ever spent my hard earned money on. It was like it was made without sauce or cheese. It was so dry and hard. I tried to lift up some cheese off the pizza but there was not enough to lift up.
It was just like the meat toppings were place on dry bread. Honest to God, it was so bad the pepperoni and sausage was falling of of the pizza. I bought it on my way to work. Can't go there again. Oh, I was told I had to pay for Crushed red peppers, when other pizza places give it to you free for buying the pizza.

I ordered for delivery on January,13 they never have delivery drivers so they sent through door dash once again and this time I didn’t receive the food I called door dash they told me a refund had to be issued through Pizza Hut i calls numerous times 3 days in a row they never pick up the phone what kind of establishment is this no way they have a GM who cares about their customers

Pretty good! We did have to wait a little longer, but no problem. Would order again.

I ordered a large pizza 6 wings and a liter soda. $39.39 they didn't deliver my soda. Told me to call back and they'd send it. But they didn't answer the phone for over an hour and the store closed for the night. As straight up thievery. Ruby order from this location. Unless you want to be ignored when they ruin your order and get left on hold indefinitely listening to the automated recording asking you to come work for them.

Ordered 2 pizzas and they got both pizzas wrong, the supreme was not supposed to have no mushrooms or jalapeños and the other was supposed to be cheese only per receipt. The pizza was cold like they delivered a pizza that was sitting then when I try to call they keep hanging up now they won’t answer I would never order from them again!!!!

I ordered a large supreme pizza and a order of 6 wings through the Pizza Hut app. When I got there to pick up my order, it did take about a minute or two for someone to come to the front but once she came up, she was attentive and nice. I gave her my name and told her I had placed the order through the app. She brought me my order, I signed the receipt and left. My pizza and wings were warm and the order was correct. I had no issues.

I was just there 5 mins ago and could see only TWO orders on the screen, you’re not busy and my order was wrong, again
On top of me sitting in line for 20 minutes even after the 20 minute wait that I was told it would take to make it
Y’all get shit wrong ALL the time, I’m just finally leaving a review about it
Not to mention the one time I paid for an order I showed up to find one dude eating wings in the back by himself and said he wasn’t making orders because the entire staff manager included apparently just walked out (yes this actually happened)
This location has GOT to get their shit together

The Pizza Hut app sent my order in error to this location. I’m currently in Tennessee. I called this location reached an employee, the employee heard my issue, asked me to hold. After 20mins on hold I came to the conclusion they had chosen to ignore my call and pocket my money. Whether or not they bothered preparing the order I have no idea

Disrespectful manager... my pizza was cold and it seemed old where they reheated it.. the manager complained about working there and he didn't need that job.. I had to threaten him with the police to give me my money back. Shut that place down and kick that manger to the curve

Maybe it was my fault for ordering here and not reading the reviews the young lady at the window has a very bad attitude and seems as if she is mad that she works there. I've had two encounters now with the same poor attitude.I've also witnessed her speak to another customer the same way, I agree with one of the other reviewers who mentioned this place needs to shut down and start from scratch with the employees. But I have to be fair and give credit to Zach who worked at my issue after receiving the nastiest customer service I've ever received. I appreciate that for trying but I will never order from this location again.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Customer service is horrible. Came to pick up pizzabox and chicken bites has no sauce the Managercomea and grabs them from hand shakes the box of chicken bites and gave them back with no sauce. The manager then has an attitude because I stated the food was wrong. Will never go back. Do better

This is the absolute worst location. I placed an order at 10:42 and was given a delivery time of 11:22. It is now 12:06. I did not get my order. No one would answer the phone when I called. This location likes to accept orders and does not fill them but they will take your money. It would be nice if someone could at least tell you if there were canceling your order.

Parking: This establishment is in a strip mall type setting. So depending on the time, date or holiday it could make the parking decent 😉 or feeling as if you want to turn around and go back 🏡 home.

I placed an order by phone and it never arrived. I waited more than 2 hours. They only charged and they didn't bring the food. Bad service. They didn't even say they would return the money. They are thieves.
