I ordered a pizza for pickup. Im glad I checked the pizza before I left because the crust was light and cheese wasn't even melted all the way. I asked the Hispanic lady at the counter can she put it in the oven for a little longer bc the cheese wasn't melted all the way and she said OK. When she took it to the back the person making the pizza asked whats wrong and she told the girl what I said. The pizza maker then made a smart remark and they both started laughing.then came back to the counter and put her fake friendly voice on like I didnt just hear them. I wont buy pizza from here again...whoever it is in the back is making the pizzas how they want...too much sauce...no cheese and undercooked I rather go to newbern ave pizzahut than this mess...I miss living on the Northside

Ordered the big box and everything was just 🥴. The wings are supposed to be spicy garlic… we mixed the sauce it still looked terrible and didn’t taste like spicy garlic. The breadsticks taste underbaked. They charge extra for toppings and our pizza barely even had any toppings. Ordering double pepperoni and getting one pepperoni per slice is… this is the second time we order and it’s not good. Just avoid this Pizza Hut

I have no complaints about the rock quarry location. Every time my food is hot and ready when I arrive. I haven’t had any issues with customer service and even the one time I ordered for delivery my food arrived still at good temp. I was hesitant because I have had some bad experiences with other Pizza Hut locations in the past but this staff here so far has never missed!

Fairly crappy place, I've never been to Pizza Hut were you get like less than 3 pepperoni per slice, cheap skates, why do they want you to tip when you pick up the food, it's like damn you want me to cook it too? Horrible service, best just to go to dominoes!!! Don't waste your money or time!

The customer service received by Michelle was terrible! She was very rude and sarcastic. I sat at the window for over 10 mins waiting to be acknowledged. Once she came to the window I asked if the bell worked because I wasn't sure if I needed to go inside she begin to yell very rudely no it works I'm the only person working meanwhile there was a guy right at the window at the register just not coming to the window when I mentioned that she went so far to say he don't run drive thru I'm the only one working in a very rude manner! Michelle's customer service was HORRIBLE! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Ordered again and plenty of toppings and correct crust on all pizzas. They definitely did better this time.
Every time I order from here they totally mess my orders up ! I don’t know why franchise doesn’t clean house up in there and hire all new people bc these have been the entire worse ! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I live off Rock Quarry Rd. and there's a Pizza Hut near my house that one is terrible. I travel to the one in Tower Shopping center off New Bern Ave. It's a much better location and the service and food are great I will continue to come to this particular location.

1/30/2025 around noon. I bought a pizza from that Pizza Hut on Rock Quarry Rd. I usually don't write reviews, but this was the worst pizza I ever spent my hard earned money on. It was like it was made without sauce or cheese. It was so dry and hard. I tried to lift up some cheese off the pizza but there was not enough to lift up.
It was just like the meat toppings were place on dry bread. Honest to God, it was so bad the pepperoni and sausage was falling of of the pizza. I bought it on my way to work. Can't go there again. Oh, I was told I had to pay for Crushed red peppers, when other pizza places give it to you free for buying the pizza.
