Was just here at 9:30 on a Wednesday night. Ordered a simple 3 piece meal. Was quoted a price….didn’t ask if we had more. We chimed in and my passenger ordered another simple 3 piece meal. Took my card and only rang it up for the first meal. Asked for my card back for the second and it was declined because fraud was detected. Rang up another card. Went to get drinks and both ordered selections were reported out. After 8.5 minutes of waiting in the drive through…I was told to pull up…again…2 3 piece tenders with fries. While wait…the drive through girl shouted out the window at the tow truck driver that he gave her a tocket last time. After 10 minutes…I drove off realizing a meal wasn’t coming and knowing the quality would be bad. The charges will be disputed. How can a place run like this exist?

Kendall is the absolute best. Kindest human ever and a super hard worker! He definitely made our night.

The manager is very nice. She brought our order to the car.

Ordered twice on DoorDash. Two times in a row my order came with NO sauce. I can’t eat it without sauce. I feel like they stole my money. Give me what I paid for. Trash establishment.

Skip this Popeye’s and go to another in the area. This location will routinely eff up your order, are often rude in the drive thru if you ask a question or order through the app, and I’ve been before when they had no chicken!! Most importantly, if you use the app, this location does not participate in the app food deals like $5 fav’s or other food promotions. You’ve been warned.

I am new to North Carolina, and this is my second time at this location where the employees give me a hard time just because. The first time I came, the gentleman took my order and I ordered a large fries which they forgot. When I came back in to get the fries, he said he didn’t remember me ordering fries and made it seem like I was lying. Five minutes later, he pulls up the order and says that I did order fries and apologize for the inconvenience. Today I go back he is there again and there are some other young ladies. I asked them for my order with all dark meat and they say that it’s going to take 15 minutes, I say never mind it’s fine. I’ll take the 10 piece how it comes. They asked me to pull into a spot and I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes, I get home and I have the majority white meat( Four breast, no thighs at all) I’m not sure what the issue is but they need to fix it.

Food was decent at best customer service was phenomenal though!
