Never paid this much for a cake before, had to pay in full when ordered, 4 weeks before I picked it up - no cancellation allowed (!) - and then not allowed in the store to pick it up! Had to stand in the cold and wait for it to be passed through a window. It sure better be good!! Update: Must admit it was. Raised my rating to 4 stars.

Decided to try this place today after finding it on Google last night. Oh my gosh...it's so good! I ordered a slice of double chocolate cake, it's perfect. Moist and not overly sweet. I said that I would eat half now and save some for later but that didn't happen. Will be back to get a couple of slices for Christmas dinner. Also, the attendant at the window was very friendly :)

Love, love, loved our visit here!! The owner and his assistant were super nice and very friendly. We bought a few slices of cake for my mom's bday and it was soo hard to narrow it down to 2 slices so we ended up getting three. We ordered the "Old South Hummingbird" cake slice, the "Tres Leches" cake slice, and the "Wedding Cake White" slice. All three were delicious, but my mom really loved the Wedding Cake white. The Hummingbird cake reminded me of banana bread but in cake form. It was soo good. My favorite though was the Tres Leches cake. As a Latina who lives in AZ and can get delicious Tres Leches cake pretty much anywhere, when I say this cake was delicious....I mean it was delicious. It definitely rivaled some of the cakes I've had in AZ. I can't wait to go back to Raleigh to try more delicious cake slices, and I'm really glad I don't live nearby because I would be eating at Premier Cakes wayyyyyy to often.

Finally made it . Tried the coconut cake. Frosting was way too sweet . Once I scraped off the frosting cake is super moist and good. Hours need to be adjusted.

I've been meaning to check out this bakery and finally stopped by for a piece of lemon cake today. What a brilliant decision! The cake was moist and had a wonderful lemon flavor that wasn't shy in its lemoniness. The service was welcoming and friendly. I plan on many more slices as time goes by!
One of my go to dessert spots. I mean the cake just melts in your mouth. My only complaint is that they're not open everyday ?

I absolutely love the cakes! I tried the food for the first time and it wasn’t all that good to me. I paid 25$ for what was a kids size plate. The green beans, taste just like they came straight out the can no flavor or anything not good. The pig feet was ok not much flavor a the rice bland as well. The portion of the plates was not worth what they charging. But I’ll definitely stick to the CAKES!!!
