We visited Raleigh for the weekend and picked Side Street on a whim while walking around downtown. The food was delicious, the restaurant adorable, and the service top notch. We will definitely return next time we are in Raleigh.
This restaurant is truly down a side street but well worth finding. Elsie served us and was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and constantly smiling while checking on us. The owner came by and chatted with the same attitude. We cannot say enough about the food. The shrimp tacos REALLY WERE the best we’ve ever had. Find it and enjoy their laid back atmosphere and excellent cuisine!!

However, the highlight of my experience was the kindness of my waitress and the outstanding customer service. Her warmth and attentiveness made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place...
