The food and ambience was quite lovely. We were celebrating our son's 10th birthday and invited the grandparents from out of town. Everything was perfect except for the service. The restaurant was not busy, it was about 60% full on a Friday night for dinner service. The service took our order and neglected us from the get go. We noticed other tables being taken care of with attention to detail but our server kept going to the bar and assisting in that area. We were confused that she wouldn't come to take care of us. We had placed an order for appetizers and even placed our dinner order at the same time. We waited over 30 min and noticed tables that came in after us received their appetizers. Finally a food runner brought both our apps and dinner all at once. It was quite disappointing to receive everything all at once. It crowded the table and everyone felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable The food was delicious but we definitely got a server that didn't want to be there and would much rather hide at the bar. We still tipped her 30% but she definitely did not deserve it for the service we received. We were also told that my son would receive a complimentary dessert and we paid for it. It wasn't about the money, it was about the experience

Always enjoy this downtown gem! The front corner table is definitely for people watchers as you have a great view of the bustling corners. Food is wonderfully seasoned and expertly cooked.

Chicken shwarma, falafel, pita and hummus were delicious. Kebabs were a little dry but still good. If you don't like dry chicken order the shwarma, not the kebabs. I love their rice with vermicelli that comes as a side. Server was pleasant but busy. Our water glasses never got refilled but we also didn't try to flag them down. They had too many tables. All in all a very good dinner with well prepared food in a pleasant atmosphere.

The appetizers were very good and the naan amazing as usual. The entrees were overcooked for the chicken and salmon and undercooked for the greens and grains. Bar service was slow. Table service good but not exceptional. This is a place that could be a standout but is just a reasonably reliable okay kind of experience.

We had an excellent experience. Staff was terrific, food was delicious and we couldn't have had a better night celebrating our college freshman! Thank you Sitti!

I think we caught Sitti on a bad night. Very slow service and food portions were not as expected. Food was tasty but not as expected. Expectation is Shawarma would be prepared and presented in a pita/bread however this was not was served. Perhaps clarification that ordering bread and preparing yourself should have been communicated.

Sitti is a friendly, lively dinner spot with excellent Middle Eastern cuisine. Lynn was an exceptional server and I loved that she was Lebanese. A little chilly off and on as the AC was blowing near our table but a jacket helped! Really nice birthday experience!

The food was alright, but I was disappointed with the flavor and thinness of the soup in particular. I found the meat in the beef and lamb shawarma to be well seasoned and cooked nicely, but the rest of the dish was quite bland.

Sitti is one of the best restaurants in downtown Raleigh -- every detail is considered. The food is always the highlight, and the service is truly special. Highly recommend!

Although it has been a while since I visited Lebanon, the food at Sitti measures up to what I remember. The meat is tender and well seasoned, and all of the other foods are delicious. The portion sizes are small for their cost, but it won’t feel too expensive or unfair if you go with a group and share multiple dishes and make use of the fresh, warm pita they will continue to bring. Perfect place to take a big group for mezze and have drinks, either for a celebration or just a casual catching up!

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in the Raleigh North Carolina area. The food always top-notch as a Middle Eastern I appreciate authentic food and I love how fresh everything is.

The falafel brought literal tears to my eyes. Got the Vegetarian Tasting (2 falafel, 2 stuffed grape leaves. 2 cheese rolls (so good), baba, hummus and fatoush. Everything was good. The Lebanese sweet tea was refreshing! Happy I stopped in.

If you are new or just passing by, definitely try this place! Prices are decent and the food is super tasty. Inside is very bright and great place for all kind of occasions.

The chicken shawarma was good. The pita bread I got was the lowest rate I have had, seemed needed more baking time
