That burger was cooked very well, actually seasoned unlike most other places in town.

We ordered 3 meals with fries and drinks. 1 of those meals had added cheese on the fries. By the time the cheese fries came out (40 mins later!!!) we were done eating and basically wanting to leave. The staff had zero personality. We did get a half-sincere apology for the delay, but that wasn't enough to convince us to stick around for dessert.
Burgers were OKAY. Nothing special. The Smash Fries (or whatever they are called) were not terrible, but not great either.

The hijabi employee working here was very rude. I was simply trying to pick up a DoorDash order, and she treated me disrespectfully!!!!!!

From NY and haven't had a Smashburger since moving south 3 yrs ago. This was by far theeeeeee absolute best burger I've EVER HAD!! it was fresh and so delicious! I was quite surprised that at 530 pm on a Saturday the place was literally empty 🤨 Lucky for us! There was a line forming when we left and I was happy to see that. Kudos to the cook! Absolutely amazing Double Truffle Mushroom and Swiss!!

The burgers were okay for a fast food chain. There were a bunch of younger kids working that lack personality. For the price of the food I would prefer five guys !
