place is very dirty, walls especially — food stains caked to them. nobody wants to see this when they are trying to eat

ordered a delivery order from smash burger, have never eaten there before but thought why not, well... the food taste like they poured a whole gallon of salt on it, the fries and tater tots were cold and greasy, burgers were barely warm and cheese looked old... i am so disappointed!!! maybe we should have went there in person but would have changed all the salt they put in their food to include the burgers... omg.... 49.00 for the food and tipped 9.00 almost 50.00 for the worst meal ever... i am so sad and so is my family!!! i will have to pay more money to get something eles some where eles, i could not even finish mine.

Tasty burgers and good service! You order at the counter and they deliver your meal to you. I loved the shoestring fries - the only issue is that they get cold faster. I ordered the Spicy Jalapeno single Smash - they don't skimp on the grilled jalapenos. My wife got the BBQ Bacon single Smash. Both of our burgers were delivered quickly and they were hot and tasty.

Love smash burger… why are yall so stingy with the smash sauce? lol so strange… the cashier acted like me asking for extra sauce was coming out of her paycheck.

I was the only person in here and it took almost 20 min. Water is brown in the bathroom song and sediment was in my cup of water. Also got charged almost 4 bucks for a cup of water

Closes at 830. We get there at 739 and they had the chairs turned upside down ready to close. Terrible

I'll never return. There's always only 3 people working here so it takes a long time. I'm sitting here having ordered the food online 30 mins ago. I'm the only person here other than a table of 4. They guy said my food's not ready but I saw a bag had been sitting there for 15 mins. I ask and that's my food. He's been chatting with a female coworker right in front of the bag the entire time. Morons.
