Sonic Drive-In in Raleigh

“I’ve been craving Sonic for months, but it’s always hard to find one with a good sanitation grade and great customer service. Well, today, I decided to stop by the Sonic on Jones Franklin Rd. while running errands, and I couldn’t be more pleased! 🙌 They had an impressive sanitation grade of 94.5, which immediately made me feel good about my choice.

The customer service was top-notch! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. I got my usual go-to order: the Super Sonic Double Cheeseburger with tots and a cherry limeade 🍔🍟🍒🍹—it was perfect! Honestly, it was so good that I forgot to snap a pic because it was gone in no time 😂

Sonic has always been a favorite of mine, but it’s rare to find one with a high sanitation grade AND great service, so I’m super grateful for this location! Can’t wait to return!

“I always come for me a strawberry limeade. I got mints in the bag but no ketchup that I asked for when going up to window to ask for the ketchup the person said it was in the bag I said no it wasn't I wouldn't get out my car to walk up to this window if it was. They then said to me are u sure I said would u like me to go get the bag for you. Then I got 1 packet and I said can I have more than 1 gave me 2 more. I won't be back to this location this is the second time the staff has been less than pleasant.“
