I’ve been craving Sonic for months, but it’s always hard to find one with a good sanitation grade and great customer service. Well, today, I decided to stop by the Sonic on Jones Franklin Rd. while running errands, and I couldn’t be more pleased! 🙌 They had an impressive sanitation grade of 94.5, which immediately made me feel good about my choice.
The customer service was top-notch! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. I got my usual go-to order: the Super Sonic Double Cheeseburger with tots and a cherry limeade 🍔🍟🍒🍹—it was perfect! Honestly, it was so good that I forgot to snap a pic because it was gone in no time 😂
Sonic has always been a favorite of mine, but it’s rare to find one with a high sanitation grade AND great service, so I’m super grateful for this location! Can’t wait to return!

What’s the point in ordering online? You still end up waiting 15 minutes and the food is never fresh! I’ve seen employees through the window smoking vapes. Tonight I had to turn around because they gave me an incorrect order and yet again I’m waiting for food!

The most disgusting burger I have ever tasted in my entire life. Overcooked is an understatement. Looks like they recooked a burger from nights before to prevent throwing it out. It was crunchy when I bit into it before I spit it out. Not only did I not enjoy it, I am literally disgusted I put this in my mouth at all. Would give this 0/5 stars if I could. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy eat here.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to in my life. Food cold as six polar bears in an igloo, employees in the kitchen with vapes in their hand, nobody spoke or interacted, fries burnt like firewood, tater tots greasy as michael jackson pony tail. Sonic need to do a complete makeover here. This location sucks.

We got two cherry limeaids here after a walk around Lake Johnson and they were so bitter they were completely undrinkable. I’m not sure how you mess up a cherry limeaid but they found a way!

The only thing good at this location is the smash burger. The fries, tots, and onion rings are stall, hard, cold, and greasy. This location needs a do over and new manager
All i tried to do was stop through the drive thru to pick up an order. The employees walked to the window 4 times, looked at me each time and proceeded to make himself a drink, laugh and ignore me sitting there. When another employee nodded his head in my direction the employee walked off laughing. This was beyond childish and very unprofessional.

I typed a lengthy review and it disappeared. In short, my tots were cold , i mobile ordered and still had to wait over the estimated time, not a big deal but when food is cold, yes it is. My chili cheese dog has zero chili ..… best thing i got was my drink. Very disappointed. and also while i was there a good three associates walked in and out of the building empty handed each time but there were a lot of customers and again, i waited for cold food.
