I’ve been searching for a good homemade biscuit in the Raleigh area and just found a PHENOMENAL one! Biscuit Haven is one of a kind; the biscuit itself has the necessary layers and buttery flavor I crave in a biscuit! The chicken is absolutely incredible - seasoned perfectly and moist! Hands down the best biscuit sandwich I’ve ever had, and the most friendly and wonderful service I’ve had since moving to North Carolina 6 months ago! I can’t recommend this food truck enough and will definitely be coming back :)

Biscuit Haven was at an event I did today and they far surpassed expectations for what I typically expect from a food truck. The owner and staff were extremely friendly, they had a perfect sanitation rating, adorable truck and their biscuit sandwiches (I’m partial to the spicy) were the best I’ve ever had. Moist, flavorful and oh, so good! HIGHLY recommend.
