Not too fond of this location. It is in the lobby of the Marriott downtown. It gets very busy and is not usually adequately staffed (during a rush it will be a single cashier and a single person making the orders). This is not the fault of the staff but is definitely indicative of poor management.
We accidentally ordered our drinks on mobile for the wrong location and were initially told we would need to call corporate to get a refund and then reorder from their store. But after 10-15 minutes on hold to request our refund, the manager, Makayla, came out and told us that they would go ahead and honor our drink order even though it was our mistake that we ordered from the wrong store. Was there today as the doors opened an was greeted by a friendly barista gentleman who made my coffee and husbands order prefectly with a big smile. The lovely lady who took my order had the coolest Polish accent and was super nice. My order is crazy she got it right and the guy made it right. That should be how it goes but sadly it doesn’t always. Busy with it being at Marriott and the price was $5.95 plus tax which is always the price of my drink. I will go back tomorrow....
