I go to this Starbucks all the time and usually love it. Today I asked for a matcha latte with 2 pumps of vanilla and 2 pumps peppermint. I got a regular matcha latte with the name Liz on it. Liz (the stranger next to me) ordered a coffee. So this wasn’t her drink. There’s no mistaking when you have peppermint in your drink… I told the person who made my drink “hi! This doesn’t have peppermint or vanilla” she gaslit me and said “yes it does, do you want me to add...
Not too fond of this location. It is in the lobby of the Marriott downtown. It gets very busy and is not usually adequately staffed (during a rush it will be a single cashier and a single person making the orders). This is not the fault of the staff but is definitely indicative of poor management.
