In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a protein caramel latte, and it was accidentally made hot instead of iced. As soon as I mentioned it, they immediately offered for me to keep the drink and made me a new one—no arguments at all. Everyone was happy, smiling, and genuinely welcoming. The place felt clean and well-kept, which made the experience even better. This is the kind of service that truly stands out and keeps you coming back.

Not the most enjoyable location. Cramped, extremely loud music, and baristas who seem to be in their own little clique more than noticing customers.

Seriously LOUD music both inside and out. Hearing it through earplugs at this moment.
