Coffee at this location, 25488, is very horrible. I've bought coffee here three times water down coffee. 7.52 is too much for water down coffee. I will not buy any more coffee for this location.

Tried to charge me extra for extra syrup and drizzle for my frappe. Also the barista wasn’t very hygienic when handling my drink cup. I hate when they touch the inside of my drink cup.

This store is very lucky I could give them a 1 star. Not because of the workers but the managers. It is ridiculous how I’ve heard and seen the staff being treated. The managers need to go. They always have attitudes and can’t even do their jobs correctly.

Today is July 15, 2022. I got a piece of the lemon loaf cake and usually the cake itself is in a brown bag. This time the cake was still in the clear plastic and it has a production date of May 24, 2022! It’s almost 2 months old.

I do not remember the baristas name but whoever was working at 2:50pm on Thursday March 25th is the best barista ever! I was having a horrible day and she really brightened my day up! I felt so bad that I couldn’t tip today, I can’t wait to go back and make sure she gets the tip she deserves!

It seems like every time I stop here to get coffee there is only one person there. And that person doesn’t even get the drinks right. I know it’s not completely that persons fault because they need another person to help.
