This is hands down the BEST Starbucks around! I don’t think many people realize that the mobile order pick-up is a game changer—just place your order and swing by to grab it! I can understand how the staff might be stretched thin, especially during those late evenings, but every time I’ve needed assistance or had questions, they've been nothing short of amazing—super supportive and totally professional! It's such a great experience every time!

I am unsure what happened with the Starbucks’ cappuccinos, but the quality has declined. Almond milk does taste ugly. I tried it again in case it was an occasional bleep, but the result is the same. Poor quality products I guess.

As an NCSU student, I often order my drinks and breakfast from this Starbucks branch. The staff are always friendly and polite, and my orders have typically been prepared quickly.
I love the ice at this pickup location. I know it sounds strange, but for any ice crunchers out there, they'll know what's up. The ice is in small circular tab shapes that fit perfectly through the wide mouth cups. No better feeling in the dead heat of summer than drinking a delicious & refreshing beverage and then crunching the after ice.

my daughter went there last night without placing her mobile order first. There was a kind gentleman there that not only helped her place her order but also helped her put gift card money on the app to help place here order. That was so kind of him. We don't know his name but we appreciate him.

Google needs to fix this Starbucks website link. It takes you to the Starbucks Canadian website. I’ve spent 20 minutes trying to order a coffee. Creating an account, adding a card, and being forced to enter providence information with repeated errors before realizing it took me to the Canadian website on both the app and on my laptop. I even let the site use my current location. And now that I’m on the US website it won’t let me create an account because my email address is already taken for the Canadian website log in. Comical when you think about it but I just want a coffee.
