my daughter went there last night without placing her mobile order first. There was a kind gentleman there that not only helped her place her order but also helped her put gift card money on the app to help place here order. That was so kind of him. We don't know his name but we appreciate him.

Google needs to fix this Starbucks website link. It takes you to the Starbucks Canadian website. I’ve spent 20 minutes trying to order a coffee. Creating an account, adding a card, and being forced to enter providence information with repeated errors before realizing it took me to the Canadian website on both the app and on my laptop. I even let the site use my current location. And now that I’m on the US website it won’t let me create an account because my email address is already taken for the Canadian website log in. Comical when you think about it but I just want a coffee.

I tripped and fell while running in front of this store and a barista came out with water, napkins, bandaids, and ice without even hesitation. Thank you so much! I was able to finish my run after their act of kindness.

This Starbucks is one of the best I’ve been to - and I frequent a lot! They are always super receptive to everyone who walks in and my drink has always been ready when I come in. I can see how maybe it can be frustrating if people don’t use the app frequently, for me this is a goldmine! I called one time because the app showed something I wanted was out of stock and I wanted to make sure it was and they actually had it (minus some inclusions) and they let me order it that way. I appreciate the time they take to go out of the way to answer the phone and make everyone’s order perfectly!

This is a fantastic Starbucks location! It's super convenient to NCSU, which is great, but the best thing is the staff. They are friendly, greet you by name, and always always ALWAYS make the drinks exactly right. This store only accepts online ordering, but I can't remember the last time I went into a Starbucks and ordered in person so that's fine by me. So glad that this place has opened!

This location is APP ONLY. Normally I would be fine with that, however you are FORCED to spend AT LEAST $25 to \\\"reload your Starbucks card.\\\" What a scam. That extra money just sits there and lines their corporate pockets, unless you can some how fund a way to spend exactly $25...

You'd think for a multi-national organization they could at least build their stores properly. Shoddy construction job led to electrical pipes falling, almost killing customers walking on the street and then knocking out power to the entire building and closing down all of the other poor businesses in their building for multiple days. Great job Starbucks. Ugh.

Very quick and easy. Sometimes I'm feeling basic and I get a javachip frappachino. I like this store because I can just walk by and pick it up with incredibly minimal human interaction which I'm fairly certain I'm allergic to. Also yesterday I saw a dog walk past this store and it looked pretty cool. Good vibes Starbucks, good vibes. 12/10
