This morning was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Starbucks.
I order the same drink every time. This is the closest Starbucks to me and I never have an issue when I go in the afternoon/evening. However, be wary of morning shift!! My mobile order took 10 minutes longer than the estimated time (7-12 minutes) and the order was made incorrectly. I don't think there's a drop of syrup in my drink! I have been going to this location every week (at least once) for a couple of years as it’s right outside my neighborhood. There have been times they got it wrong but every time I have been I have had excellent customer service, and they have fixed the problem right away. Most times it’s been right on the money! The staff is friendly and I love connecting with the drive thru person in some way, whether talking about my company or a mutually loved football team. I’ll keep...
