I placed an order on the app and it was processed all the way through to the point of telling me my order was ready. When I got to the store the door was locked and the employee told me they were closed. At 12:30pm on a Monday??? Absolutely ridiculous they didn’t cancel my order and even customer service won’t get back to me to refund my money. Overall a poorly run shop.

Bad experience, I have usually used Subway coupons throughout the Raleigh area and now I come to this store and they tell me that they will not redeem them since after the pandemic they no longer accept them. I know they accept them and exchange them but what a bad experience
