This is more of a Google maps issue but I drive ten minutes out of my way only to find out it was closed. I was already en route and added subway as a stop and it never said this place may be closed

Waited over 10 minutes and only one other customer in line 3 staff people 2 arguing in the back. Very loud, this place should be called home of the brown lettuce. This place needs a health I spector to visit them. Go at your own risk and I will not be back.

Subway girl with the glasses is phenomenal. She's so funny. My sandwich tasted amazing regular sub, but sometimes its just the customer service.
All I'm going to say is if u want sanitary food, good service, and good jokes just wait to the girl with glasses is working she's the only one who can make my food.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been here before and had not the best service but tonight the guy working there was fantastic. Nicest guy I’ve interacted with at a fast food restaurant ever. Great service.

Went to this store a lot and I won’t be coming ever again.
The female employee was by herself and I understand it can be difficult so we patiently waited about 5-10 minutes and my mother who doesn’t even speak English kindly was trying to show a coupon and this employee not only raised her voice but gave my mother a hard time and say that they don’t accept coupons, a simple no would have sufficed if that was even true or not I’ve always used coupons at subways and it’s the first time I was told no but that wasn’t even the problem it was her attitude and the way she talked like she didn’t wanna help us. Terrible service you should hire a new employee lol

The worst services those women who attend are well badly spoken and zero services and even they look zero hygienic no good look to buy quietly, I will never return to this place the worst experience
Ordered with Uber Eats and they forgot to give the chips - no big deal, but when I tried to get that refunded on the app they refused.
First they asked for a photo, which is unnecessary, and then said they confirmed the order was correct based on the photo - which is false.
I don’t understand how the chips are not eligible for a refund - I didn’t get them.
I’ll delete this review if it can be resolved.
Food was great and the person working was nice and friendly. Honestly was a normal experience nothing bad to say.

I always come here in the afternoon and my sandwhiches were always great . The young woman and men do phenomenal. I ordered this morning two footlongs and i wanted them toasted but the older lady who i have never seen there before ended up 1. Not toasting it even when i put a note there for it to be extra toasted. 2. They gave the wrong bread . I dont know where she read regular italian bread when i ordered for italian and herbs cheese bread . I will definetly not be coming back if the younger women and men arent there . If they arent making my sandwhiches i will turn back around and leave . From now on im tipping big for whoever makes my sandwhiches good .

Just made an online order.
Order 1 12” footlong and a 6 “ subs.
When I got my order only got two 6”
I tried calling they never picked up.

I placed an online order at 9:59 pm. Online it states that the store closes at 11 pm on Friday nights. I get to the store and Jalen stated that they were closed and my order came in “late” so he wouldn’t make my sandwich. He told me to refund it through the app and I stated that I didn’t place my order through the app I placed it online he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. They closed at 10 pm. Therefore my order should’ve been made regardless because it was placed before 10 pm!!!!! I called the next morning because I just either wanted my sandwich or a refund the lady was rude and wouldn’t honor neither. So, I showed up later that day and they finally gave me my sandwich. This all could’ve been avoided if they did their job and made my sandwich or simply UPDATED GOOGLE THAT YALL CLOSE AT 10 pm. Don’t be rude over a mistake on y'all end.
