Food decent my issue is beggars outside giving customers a hard time they too aggressive I would love to see subway provide a police inside or their own security to keep crime issues down so that you can feel comfortable to enter the store and while inside without being harassed by homeless or beggers just getting out of hand downtown and by subway.

Very rude customer service especially if they get the slightest hint that you're homeless..
Bathrooms are locked and you have to have a code that people are too busy to give you... treated a buddy of mine like he didn't have the money to pay after they made the sandwiches, like they were relieved when it went through....
The people that own this place are the same ones that own vape stores.
I understand the area and what people go through but if you're going to come to this country and make tons of money at least have some appreciation for the customers regardless of there situation in life.
I cam in and ordered asked for chicken salad the lady that I spoke to first said that the y had it and I ending up with shredded chicken sub not real what I want ed by I paid for it so I ate it but the guy that’s the owner iw who ever he was is very rude and arrogant I wanted chicken salad because I doing supposed to eat a lot of salt or soodiun and the shredded chicken had a lot of it in it
Okay I hope the subway I just seen on WRAL news Mark Bank Street in Raleigh nc clean up your act the owner temporarily closed your Subway is nasty clean your ice machine don't you want a high score on your restaurant inspection do better Man

This place only wants your money. The customer service is terrible. Management withholds the code to the bathroom like it’s some top secret. Very rude response when asked for the code. I was advised we have to get the line down first you have to be a paying customer to even use the facility. The sandwiches are so skimpy don’t waste your time nor money.😡

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. We ordered a kids’ combo, expecting a proper kid’s drink, but were told we had to take a soda instead — even though they clearly had the correct kid's drink available. When we tried refilling the soda, it tasted off — watered down and flat.
We went back to ask about it, and the staff just said only the Diet Coke option was working because the machine had been broken for two weeks. No offer of a proper replacement or a refund, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. If the machine's not working, customers should be informed before purchase, or at the very least offered another solution.
Not the level of service or transparency I’d expect from a brand like Subway

I came here because I wanted a couple cookies. I added a dipper because of marketing lol but when I got to the counter I reread the menu. They are claiming :
One cookie -$2.29
So I left without the dipper because I really came for the cookies. I checked online and discovered that just like any other subway the cookies are
1 cookie -.89
That’s less than half of what they’re charging in the store. So I ordered online and went back in and got em.
Subway is a franchise and this should be illegal. Go support another location.
