I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. We ordered a kids’ combo, expecting a proper kid’s drink, but were told we had to take a soda instead — even though they clearly had the correct kid's drink available. When we tried refilling the soda, it tasted off — watered down and flat.
We went back to ask about it, and the staff just said only the Diet Coke option was working because the machine had been broken for two weeks. No offer of a proper replacement or a refund, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. If the machine's not working, customers should be informed before purchase, or at the very least offered another solution.
Not the level of service or transparency I’d expect from a brand like Subway

I came here because I wanted a couple cookies. I added a dipper because of marketing lol but when I got to the counter I reread the menu. They are claiming :
One cookie -$2.29
So I left without the dipper because I really came for the cookies. I checked online and discovered that just like any other subway the cookies are
1 cookie -.89
That’s less than half of what they’re charging in the store. So I ordered online and went back in and got em.
Subway is a franchise and this should be illegal. Go support another location.

I don’t know if they are scared to touch the veggies or what??? This is the only subway I know to be like this! If you ask for lettuce it’s like 3 pieces placed on there! Like, is it extra for more veggies? This is extremely disappointing and even more disappointing when you order online and your sandwich is ALREADY MADE!!

Tables dirty as hell , to be downtown the customer service could and should be better and tables were dirty .floor dirty . I always visit restaurants 3 times before I do a reviews so this is all three probably 4 for this location . Trash can was over flowing with trash . Food is ok I’m not a big subway eater but I’m doing downtown reviews I ate here 3 times . Also the drink machine ain’t good .. the coke was not coking… the sprite won’t spriting the tea said it was made 10:30 and it’s 3:40 now . So get bottle drink , but great location to sit and look out the window .

Placed an online order while sitting in the place and waited patiently. This location was extremely packed with people so we did not rush on getting our food.
Finally recieved our sandwich and chips and it was cold and did not taste very good. None of the veges in the sandwich tasted fresh and the sandwich was not even toasted as we had asked for.
I gave 2 stars because I understand that they were very busy during that time frame but regardless of business or not the food did not taste good. At least the taste of the food would have redeemed the wait time & lack luster service.
