Neptunes is underground but with an impressive upscale vibe. The place felt well kept. DJ was entertaining, personable and engaging with the audience! He stayed in touch with the mood and kept things exciting. Peter Lamb & the Square Quartet leading Jazz night open call 3rd Tuesdays...world class talent stepping out here in downtown Raleigh in steamy August...and the skilled bartenders, ahhh, a good time was had by all.
