You need to fire some people in this location. First they don’t have accurate info on food and the cashier girl made me do a go around to improve core time (management take note of messed up data that may or may not be reported to corporate). I was first charged for chicken substitute and then this lady comes out saying we don’t serve chicken until lunch (okay good but why didn’t you mention that before charging me). Then I am asking what can it be substituted with and she says potatoes and I am like I am not paying a premium for potatoes. Finally we agree on steak.
The kicker: they provide the food in a freaking KFC bag (I get they are partners since 2006) but what is this?
This goes to show why this location doesn’t have a line or crowd willing to eat food with such poor service.

Order was all wrong can’t even eat the chalupa cause it had tomatoes on it which I asked them to remove the tomatoes light lettuce they did everything the opposite then when I called her to speak with the manager, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes eventually I hung up I tried to call back busy signal, which means they intended to leave me on hold Like who is running this place who is managing this place? I know if I was the manager, my employees would not be embarrassed to me like this did not get the sauce I paid the $.20 for them. They didn’t have Gatorade so I substitute it with sweet tea. No onions on my double stacker Which you will see on my receipt I requested that
Was disappointed to learn today that they no longer remove dairy products from orders. Didn't used to be an issue, guess it is now :( I Was told "this is how it comes".bye bye Taco Bell

Toca meat was not well steamed and the meat was dry.
Ordered a nacho bell grande with no beans or tomato’s. And this was result. They put NO meat on these nachos. I’m definitely calling corporate. Beyond disappointed. Definitely calling corporate.
