Very underwhelming experience.

The food seemed like it was made fresh and was nice and hot, so that’s a plus.

However, the menu is not at all intuitive. It’s just a wall of text that means next to nothing unless I’ve been there before. I ordered something that sounded good (kung bo chicken), and got something VERY different from what I was expecting. More pictures would be nice, or just more menu clarity.

The service was quick! But not great. I had to go up and ask how long was left until mine was done, since people who had come in after me were getting their food first. Not the worst thing in the world of course, but far from ideal.

The fried rice was good though at least. I don’t regret eating here, but wouldn’t recommend it, and probably won’t come back.

Sesame chicken was some of the worst I've had. The chicken was overcooked and stringy, and the sauce had an overwhelming flavor of rice wine vinegar without any sesame taste whatsoever. I was able to save the sauce by taking it home and adding a good sized splash of sesame oil and soy sauce to balance things back out, but then... Why even get food here if you have to redo their work at home?

But the ultimate unforgivable sin was that the steamed rice was overcooked to the point of being a big mushy block. This place is a crime against Asian food.

The lady answering the phone was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE the entire time.
Would not take payment over the phone, rushed and was rude and told me they canceled my order since it’s 9:00pm and they close.
Then she hangs up on me!
This is all AFTER I had placed my order on the phone with her. I told her my daughter got held up and we would be there and I asked if we should cancel, she said no, they will wait- but they did not, she called and said they cancelled it and hung up on me!
She was just awful.
Do not give them your business.
The other Chinese restaurant down the street that I ended up ordering from was so nice and took payment over the phone.

This is some of the worst "chinese" food I've ever had. Lol... just more low quality garbage food you encounter in the South. There's a reason you don't see Asians eating here. That should have been my clue to go elsewhere.

Im unsure if i just ate general L17. General Tso's Chicken! No meat & all a flavored crunch. Order at your at your own risk.........

Just moved to Wake Forest, tried some Chinese take out food and this place didn’t disappoint at all. It is located in good location, next to a movie theater.
I tried my favorite dish boneless spare ribs with fried rice as always.

Typical Chinese food place if you’re looking for something familiar. My sesame chicken was good but my husband didn’t like the broccoli with his beef and broccoli. Said it had a weird aftertaste.

All our meals are horrible. On top of that we ordered vegetables lo mein and they gave us a dish for $11.25 that was nothing but bland cabbage and a couple pieces of broccoli. Horrible. After asking for exchange they were rude and refused. Never going back there again. Spent $53 on 4 awful dishes. Worst place and never going back

Got the chicken fried rice and chicken mei fun. Fried rice taste terrible with frozen vegetables. The mei fun was better but still not great. They were very quick making the food.
