Maybe not the best atmosphere but who cares when the food tastes incredible! It’s easy to mess up Thai food, but Thai Villa is on point. I hate that the Pad Thai is so good because it keeps me from trying other items on their menu lol
Just discovered Thai Villa last night and its my favorite Thai in Raleigh so far. Pad See Ew and Peanut Noodles entrees were absolutely delicious. Good portion sizes and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
This is my favorite Thai place to get takeout - so much so I order 1-2x a week. Why the 3 stars then?
They are so, so, so, soooo inconsistent. When it’s good, it’s the best. But when it’s not, which seems to be happening more often than not, the noodles are mushy or their sauce is so watered down it’s the consistency of soup. Or today, the Kua noodles have NO sauce, not one clove of garlic, just pan fried noodles with egg and heat from chili flakes,...
