Had the breakfast tacos... awesome. We'll be back.
Nice, comfy place to have a yummy breakfast with friendly service. There is a giant family-style wood table for folks to sit at after placing their order. Serve yourself water & coffee from urns on the sideboard along with lots of different jellies to choose from for your biscuits. I had the BLT&E on C, which was beautifully presented with lovely fresh lettuce greens. I also had the decaf black tea, but I would advise trying another of the hot teas since it was somewhat bitter.
Quick service, fun environment, and good food. I ordered a spicy chorizo biscuit sandwich. The whole thing fell apart as soon as I touched it so it wasn't exactly a sandwich, as I ate it with a fork and knife...but it was still tasty. They have plenty of good got sauces and jams
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Simple, no fuss and cozy. I really enjoyed their biscuits and homemade jelly and pickle bar. A good selection of vegetarian options as well.
This place was really cool the atmosphere was chill. The food was really good. Thinking about it makes me want some right now.
Solid sandwiches. I visit them once a month and get a different item. Never disappoints. Their house made sodas are very good as well.
Love this relaxing spot for a fabulous BLT&E! Always friendly and love it when we catch Brady Bunch reruns on their tv!!
I go to this place every Sunday with my friends. They have very good food and the kombucha is amazing.
This place is great! The two guys working there were very friendly, food was delicious and the portions were huge.
Weird name, delicious food, and I look forward to going back. Everything is made from scratch and fantastic.

This has become my favorite brunch spot in Raleigh. My go to order is the Pedro; but ask for it on their English muffin! Seriously as big as your face. The chorizo is well seasoned. I also love to have my eye out for whatever housemade soda special they have. Last time it was a mandarin cardamom which was a real treat since I almost never drink soda
Fantastic little neighborhood place. Food is fresh and tastes great, staff is super friendly. One of my favorite local spots.
Awesome place! Great, inventive food, super nice people. We loved it so much we went back two mornings in a row
This is a quaint little cafe that's menu is full of great choices. We got the roasted turkey sandwich and Aloha bowl. They were both made fresh and tasted phenomenal. I can't write in words enough to describe how great they both tasted. It's one of those things you need to experience if you enjoy a great meal. I left wishing I had a food blog to rave about how wonderful the experience of eating there was for us. They also make the root beer fresh. If you're a fan of root beer then you have to go. I'll be returning to try more of the menu and can't wait to see what the root beer float has in store for my taste buds.
The Pharmacy Cafe is our absolute favorite food spot in Raleigh. The staff are so kind/welcoming, the cafe is adorable, and the food is wonderful. It's actually hard to try everything on the menu because once you find your favorite item, that's all you'll want to eat each time you visit as they are very consistent in how they make it; it's always delicious! There's no other place like it in Raleigh. I'd recommend getting there early though as since it's a smaller place, it can be difficult to get a seat because once it gets busy, it's really busy. Parking can also be difficult as it always is downtown. There's not really a parking lot, but there are many spots along the side road if, again, you get there at a decent time to grab one.
