Great burgers and sides!! If you haven't been here, you are missing out! Seth's burger is the best!

It was an unusual experience dinning at this restaurant and bar. You have to go up to a window to order than they bring it to your table 👌. Financially neurologically they would make a whole lot more money if they had waitresses and leaders because no one wants to go stay for five minutes to get another drink.

Best burger on this side of the mountains. We usually dine at the Holly Springs location, but this one is just as great! I recommend the Montreal Steak burger or California burger and Parmesan fries. The atmosphere could only be made better if their chairs were comfortable, but take the burger to go or to the sidewalk it doesn’t matter, just try it if you haven’t yet.

Excellent food

The server we had, Taylor, provided the most attentive service I've received anywhere in a very long time. Inside was very clean, and the food was reasonably priced. This was my first visit but it left a very good impression. Parking is a little light but I had no trouble finding a spot nearby.

I've been coming here for a while and have always had an excellent experience. Tonight we had our first problem. There was an ingredient in the turkey burger that my partner couldn't eat. A manager noticed her looking at her meal, came over and asked if there was a problem. She explained the allergy to which the manager immediately offered to replace the item. No fuss. Just excellent customer service.

I can’t say enough about this location and managers, Josh and Steady. I contacted them a few weeks ago about having an event there. They were both super helpful and accommodating while planning our event and the entire staff did an amazing job hosting our group of 40 people. I can’t recommend them enough! Great food, great atmosphere and great service!

The menu offers a wide variety of options beyond just burgers, giving plenty of choices. Free water cups were a nice touch.

Nachos: 6.9/10 – A well-executed dish with warm, seasoned chips and a great balance of ingredients. The queso sauce stood out as a highlight, and the fresh jalapeños added a nice kick.

Cowboy Burger: 6.8/10 – A solid burger with good overall flavor. The BBQ sauce was prominent, adding a nice sweetness. The bacon, while not crispy, still had a good taste. The quality was evident, and the price was reasonable for what was offered.

Buffalo Chicken Wings: 7.3/10 – A standout dish, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The wings were available with sauce or a dry rub, offering variety. The spice level was just right, and the pricing was fair for the portion and quality.

Fried Mac n Cheese: 6.8/10 – A unique and tasty option with a slightly different but enjoyable flavor. It could be even better with the addition of bacon or extra ingredients, but it was still a good dish overall.

We just went in for dinner tonight and this was our first time! The food was amazing! But the manager overall made it that much better! Very professional , respectful and hands down the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I have 15 years of management experience and I felt at home at the Raleigh location today, so much so I felt like I needed to apply to work there and be a part of their team!

Today was my very first visit at this establishment and let me say that I will be here on the regular and will bring my friends!!
Excellent hospitality, food and comfort !!

My husband and I are pretty picky about eating out due to quality, service, and expense, but we have to admit we frequent the Raleigh/Wakefield THBB once a week or so, especially and in large part due to Steady’s management—it’s to the point that if we aren’t seen there, you need to be callin to check on us, lol. My husband loves the burgers and I the salads, tacos, and desserts😊!

But seriously, we soon realized that when we began going to THBB, we always received great food and service and were usually checked on by Steady (aka Caleb) to make sure everything was to our liking. As we have conversed with Steady over the last year, we have learned how much he cares about doing an excellent job in the casual dining space, providing great customer service, having quality and sufficient product, and hiring hard-working staff who share his vision. We know in this day and age, that is hard to come by. He’s doing all he can to make it a great experience for the customers, and we truly appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and work ethic. And if by chance something isn’t right, he will make it right. Because managers oft get the brunt of customers’ complaints, we love to call out great service and great people when we experience them first hand.

The burger was so good. Brioche bun buttered and grilled. The burger was larger than the bun , no where is the meat joke here. The tomato and onion were sliced perfectly to have a good balance. It was a worthy burger! Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Service was great. Young lady at the cash register was very helpful.
