I placed an order for two smoothies using the app, so we wouldn't have to wait very long by ordering at the restaurant. We arrived 2 minutes before the smoothies were supposed to be ready. When we arrived we noticed there were a lot of people sitting and waiting for their orders. Apparently there were only 2 workers there working so there was a ridiculous wait time. I often order online at my nearest Tropical Smoothie ? when I'm out and about doing Gigwork. On this day I ordered from the wrong location so I called to get a refund but the manager on duty was very kind and told me I could come in next time I was in their area and they would remake my smoothie for me.
