Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I order on the app and pick up in store then go about my day, my husband and I LOVE their drinks. My go to is avocolada and my husband’s is mocha madness. We get them both without sugar. They taste great and you can feel that the ingredients are fresh. The staff are generally friendly. One young man in particular had such a huge smile it made my day. I’ve been coming to this store since five years and never had a complaint. Highly recommend!!

I stumbled upon Tropical Smoothie Cafe and was pleasantly surprised! Their smoothies hit that perfect balance of fresh, fruity, and sweet-and the texture is always spot on. I seriously wish I could recreate this at home, but it never hits quite the same.
They have a nice seating area where I used to get work done while waiting for my order. One day, I stopped by after my dog had surgery. I was visibly stressed, and the staff noticed. When I told them about my situation, they offered to bring my order (and even something for my dog.) out to the car so I could stay with her. It was raining, and they just wanted me to be safe and comfortable. That kindness meant so much to me.
They're also really mindful about cross-contamination.
They used clean blenders and double-checked containers when I mentioned my dietary needs. This kind of service really sticks with you.

Came For a bacon chipotle chicken wrap and this is what I got I can’t even identify what it is I tried to come back to the store to correct the issue and they refused because I didn’t have a receipt

I come here once every 2-3 months and the service is fine and the girls working have been nice. Today Al was working and he was so nice, helpful and kind. Then when our food was ready the man making the food walked it over to where we were sitting instead of just yelling our names and having us walk up. It was amazing service and made us feel valued as customers. Thank you to Al and his team!

Terrible experience. It was loud inside and there was a hair in my smoothie. Don't go here unless you want to sip or eat a part of the employee's hair that made your food.

Do not go here in the evening. They will not have enough ingredients to fulfill your order. I usually have a great experience ordering pickup in the noon-afternoon timeframe. I got the cheese and chicken quesadillas and was bummed to find nearly zero chicken present in my quesadilla, mainly cheese.

I recommend the jetty Junior and Turkey and cheddar wrap! 5 stars. Cali breakfast flatbread was also tasty and big enough to share.

I had such a great experience! MJ and AL were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful while I was choosing a smoothie. I was redeeming my birthday smoothie and ran into some technical issues, but they handled it with so much patience and positivity. The vibes were great the whole time, and my smoothie was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is depressing! The service is awful! The staff are not only rude but there are hatress on their face like they hate being there, they hate their job and they hate being there. Will never go back!

I unfortunately have to rate this a 1 star as they refused my GoPlaySave coupon which clearly states this address as a valid address. Very disappointed won’t be coming back
