The customer service is awesome and the atomsphere is ver welcoming. Fast and superb!! Michelle and Nubia smiles and welcoming spirit is contagious. You can see and feel the unity and teamwork within the store. It is awesome to see the prep guy in the back appearing happy and satisfied in his position. The only drawback is this store doesn’t have the 7am to 9am Happy Hour 3.99 smoothies. Because this store is one in the area with higher prices, an incentive with the happy hour will make up for the higher prices. Please put a larger trash can in the womens bathroom

Michelle made the best I have ever had in my entire like this morning. Both Michelle and Carmen were very friendly and provided not only a great smoothie but also a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Pretend you like customers the women behind the counter greeted us when we came in but the guy who was supposed to take our order seemed disturbed we were even there... talking to the other worker for 3 mins than walking over to the register like we didnt exist.. after we got our order he kept walking in out to the parking lot..It was a very "twilight zone" moment... I have owned some restaurants this doesnt cut it. I was worried about the guy.. The smoothies are awesome. He is in my prayers. Cheers Mate

Terrible service, there were three people eating at the tables and at the bar, they were the people who were going to serve us, none of them said hello to us, the person who served us did so reluctantly and didn't even look at us, we took her off her cell phone. check your cameras around 3:15 pm 10/06/23.

Really upset. I ordered the watermelon mojito with chia seeds and somehow, peanut butter was mixed in. Needless to say the smoothie was nasty. Getting a refund.
This location off of Falls of Neuse is consistently better than the Creedmore location. The smoothies are more favorable and the wraps taste better. I don’t know what they are doing differently, but I travel to this location rather than the other.

Pretty good all in all like most of these restaurants are. But haven’t been to many it seems like at this one you really need to ask them to grind the smoothie up thoroughly. Otherwise you will have large chunks of ice and put up with that or have them redo it. for that reason, I tend to avoid this one, but when I go, I always let them know to please grind up the smoothie completely.

I love tropical smoothie cafe but I just went in to get my smoothie and the staff were so unpleasant. The girl on cashier today was not friendly and radiated “I don’t want to be here” energy. Made me uncomfortable and anxious to order. Love my smoothie but I’d like the whole package of good customer service as well.
