I came to the store last night (7/15) around 8:59pm, right before closing. I felt so bad since they were about to close and apologized to the staff, and the lady at the lobby was so nice to me. She assured me I still have a minute left and that I was okay. I even told her I can come back tomorrow but she said she can still help me. I asked what her name was and she said Malinda. I had a good experience here the other day. Matt was helpful when I had a question about smoothie ingredients. Honestly, I think a lot of people want to complain about everything when if comes to the service industry and the young adults who predominately fill those roles. I don't expect perfection. I will definitely be going back.
