I placed a delivery order through the tropical smoothie app for two island green smoothies; one with added multivitamins, and the other with added energizer. Upon delivery, the driver (LaShun) asked me "How much did you tip me?" To which I responded, "There was no option to leave a tip in the tropical smoothie app, I'm sorry." I was prepared to give her a cash tip; however, her immediate demeaner was rude. She then hands me my bag containing my smoothies....
This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie. I went with a friend that recommended it and ordered a wrap and a smoothie. As we were each about to eat back at our office, she noticed her order was wrong. They'd switched my order with hers! I'm glad her office was just across the hall. Food was okay, I'd try it again.
Amazing smoothies!! But my date and I sat inside and couldn't talk much bcuz the employees were ridiculously loud and swearing out loud in front of customers! Would definitely get another smoothie but I'm not sticking around. Which kinda sucks.
