Food came out in a nice cadence, so we didnt get too full! Gavi the server was phenomenal. Even though we ordered through QR code, he was constantly checking in and making sure our experience was great. Will return!

Umiya Raleigh offers a wonderful dining experience with fresh and very delicious sushi and sashimi. The food comes out in a nice cadence and really fast. Specific menu items like the Jalapeño Yellowtail, Cucumber Kani rolls, and Red Snapper rolls are amazing. The hot pot is easy to use, and ordering with a tablet is efficient once learned. The staff are well-trained and friendly, providing phenomenal service that is energetic and chill. Servers consistently check in and make sure the experience is great, even singing an awesome surprise birthday song. The service alone makes guests want to return. Whether for a birthday night or a first time visit, Umiya Raleigh provides an absolutely amazing experience.
