Our white bread is made with whole grain natural levain, low protein white flour, olive oil, and commercial yeast. Soft just like the grocery, but without the chemicals added to preserve it for weeks. 12" x 5" pan loaf.
Za'atar Sour (available Thursday)
Our Union Sour with za'atar and olive oil mixed in; open soft, mildly sour. Za'atar is a Middle Eastern Spice blend. Ours is made with sesame, thyme, oregano, sumac and salt. Allergens: wheat

I want to gatekeep this place so badly. Food is amazing. We got the croque madam and it was huge and delicious. Pastries are unique and tasty. Friendly staff. Good coffee. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

Only had two bread choices but that was my fault, I went at 1 pm. However everyone loved it so it made me look good.
ETA: Went again on a rainy Sunday. They had a lot of pastries & cookies, more than I remembered. I got a ham & cheese croissant for there & a piece of coffee cake to take home. Tasty food, great staff, & enjoyed sitting at the window as the storm passed by.

So yummy!! The staff is super friendly and the baked goods are amazing. Indoor and outdoor seating, convenient parking, restrooms. They serve espresso drinks, though I didn't try them. The ham and cheese croissant was delightful!
