A welcoming friendly environment with a helpful wait staff. The food is traditional Italian family style food, served in ample portions.
Large pizza was slightly larger than a slice at many restaurants. To skimp on something of such low cost ingredients is beyond words.
$26 for a gluten free pizza that was not even good is so upsetting and that was for a regular size one

So something happened yesterday that I would have never expected from this place. I got a bad pizza. I called in my order, I was told that it would be done in 25 minutes. I arrived within 20 minutes. My pizza was luke warm. It did not look freshly made at all. It actually looked like it had been sitting for a while. I was on a short business break so I couldn’t return it or go back.
Anywho, a disappointment. This is one of my favorite New York style pizza restaurants. I hadn’t been in a few years. But I was in the area, and was tasting for their pizza.
I hope that they haven’t gone downhill.
Major disappointment. They do not serve hot tea or hot coffee (only espresso) but they do serve desserts. Strange. I ordered a chicken parm hero but the kitchen wouldn’t make it on garlic bread. I’m talking about melted butter and garlic powder on the hero roll. What kind of Italian restaurant is this. The chicken parm hero was anemic and tough. The server was nice and polite.
Edit: So you’re saying you can’t boil water and throw a tea bag in it? I can get coffee and tea at McDonald’s. Try harder.

We’ve eaten there several times. The pizza is delicious but the lasagna, disappointing. It was one thin layer of a plain sauce with one noodle. The worst part was it was barely warm. Reminded me of something you’d serve your toddler, bland. Our server, the bread and salad were very good.

We discovered this restaurant during restaurant week and we are so glad that we did! We went in about an hour before closing and sometimes that can be a hit or miss, but not for this restaurant! Our food came out hot and perfectly prepared! Everything was delicious and I definitely did not expect these type of dishes at this restaurant! I’m so excited to come back in a try an array of different entrees. The ambience was also great in the restaurant and it definitely can accommodate any type of gathering or small birthday party as well.
This place is nothing but a dumpster fire. Service is terrible, the people who work there think their job is on their phone and not serving customers. Food is awful too, would rather eat Indian street food. I don’t think the cooks were ever taught what to do. The best thing you’ll eat here is the ice from your drink. This place should take inspiration from the ratatouille movie and just let the rats run it.

On a Monday night food was meh. Service was worse. There are many better Italian restaurants in Raleigh.

By far the best Italian food in Raleigh! Olive Garden and Carrabas move over! Here is a real Italian restaurant! Server she was very attentive. The calamari, lasagna and fettuccine was phenomenal. Highly recommend this restaurant! If I could give 6 stars, I would! All food was made fresh to order! One of the best and few in Raleigh!

I ordered the fettuccini Alfredo with blackened salmon. This literally was yesterday and I’m up late tonight wishing I had more! I’ll definitely be back!!! The owners just happened to be there and they both were such great people! My server was also really nice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely delicious pasta that is completely dragged to the bottom of the pit by underwarmed, obviously frozen breadsticks. i would have rated 5/5 if those breadsticks were not served at all

Wonderful place great staff our server Gia was outstanding. Drinks were good as well. We had two entree's and an appetizer. My wife had the Chicken Marsala while I had Saffron Risotto Pescatori and for an appetizer we had fried calamari, octopus and butterfly shrimp. Absolutely wonderful meal. Thanks to our server Gia whom was very knowledgeable of the menus and the ingredients of the items in them which helped me make a decision for what I wanted.
