I just went to find a phone case for my phone. Not only did the electronics people not talk to me, but they also offered no assistance to find what I needed. It was like I wasn't there. I went to ask about getting my eyebrows reshaped at the eyebrow salon inside Walmart but the person working there offered no assistance. Another customer offered me assistance. The only helpful person was the customer service person.

The service my the so called manager at Costumer Service has a real attitude problem telling me I can take my returns to a different Walmart and her name is terimka or whatever but she needs to be retrained and tought costumer service the right way

Placed a pickup order just to arrive and made wait for over 40 mins just to be told the item wasn't available and that they wouldn't be able to even transfer it to another store where it was available, was turned away and just told to cancel The order.

This location specifically is price gouging! If you go to another Walmart in the city items are half the price! I'm truly disgusted because the communities around this area are BIPOC. I can only image the decisions families are making just for basic items.

Run from this pharmacy. You think it's cheap- but they will not have your medication, they will say it is filled and when you show up they will be out of everything you needed, they will never answer the phone, even for the pharmacy you are trying to have things transferred to and you will go off your medicine bc you couldn't get it and have more health problems. The check out staff will blatantly lie about things they know they don't know. It is not worth it.

I ordered groceries from this location and the time they should have been ready they were not. I contacted corporate as the system says to do and they assured me the order would be filled the next morning and delivered since I have tested positive for COVID and should not be going into the store. The next day at 10am the store sent me a message that due to staffing issues my entire order was canceled. I again called corporate in the hopes of getting my food and asked to speak to the store manager in the hopes of getting my grocery order filled. Corporate put me on hold for a very long time and came back to tell me no one would answer the phone at the store. I have been in this store many times and they have issues with getting customers waited on in a timely fashion. It is not uncommon to wait in checkout 30 minutes. Customer service isn't something they care about.

I am so DISGUSTED with this Walmart and today proved it's not the employees it's the MANAGEMENT! Found a product online that stated available for pick up in store so decided instead of ordering it I would pick it up cause I was in the area...my mistake. First the employee in the toy section was very nice. She let me know that she was covering for someone else so she really wasn't familiar with the section but she would help as much as she could. Once she couldn't help me she directed me to customer service where I would find a manager. Why???? The manager wasn't the least bit concerned about what I was asking and kept saying he couldn't look up an item without a UPC code. Sir, since when? I was just so ill and frustrated with him and his lack of management skills I just walked out. It's so sad because this store is in my community and for the past 5 years to say the least I would make it my business NOT to shop there and tonight further solidified why I will continue NOT to shop there.

As walmarts go, this is a nice location and remodeled. That said, the majority of the people working here suck and have the worst attitudes I have seen in a long time. I would rather drive another 13 minutes down the road to north Raleigh. Keep in mind that this location is only 2.3 miles from my house but I will sit in the car for 15 minutes and 10 miles to avoid the terrible attitudes. There are one or two exceptions but I don't plan on waiting to deal with a bunch of buttholes to find that 'one' quality employee. There is a Walmart on the same road 4 miles away but it is not a supercenter (no groceries). The people there are opposite. Most are pretty nice and there are only a few buttholes. As long as you don't need groceries.........

Never received my order but I was certainly charged! After making numerous calls (34 to be exact) and spending hours on the phone, I'm always told the same thing.... "I'll push a message through to back office" It's 11 post my non-delivered delivery and I'm still being told the same thing. Don't waste your time or money.

So today there was a huge mix up with the grocery delivery and pick up. Customer care at the call center was awful, but Denise the assistant manger was AMAZING, her customer service was above and beyond. I know she's stressed but she was still so kind and took her time to personally apologize to everyone I saw waiting and actually sounded genuine. Please keep up the great work with such wonderful people in your stores.

I considered this Walmart is hell and I don't want anybody to have the same bad experience that I had. I was in Walmart yesterday to send money back home in Morocco. I forgot envelop in the counter and it was $1000 cash money. I got back and I asked the associate her name Esmeraleda (the worst employee I have ever seen in my life ) if she found the envelop, she just yelling on me and did not give any help. I told her that is not the right way to treat customers she said if you don' t like my way go head and complain about me and she does not care about me . I asked to assistance manger to pull out the camera and checked who took my money . He said that he recognized the guy who took the envelop ,but I need to report to the police . I called the police and I was waiting for the policeman from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. When he came he checked the camera and said that he did not recognize the guy and he can not do nothing for me and the cameras they have in Walmart are only to protect the store. So guys be careful if something happen to you in Walmart you are not protected when I came to see the manger store Rabiha if she can help me to get my money back she said Walmart can do nothing for you go deal with the police. I went to anther police station if somebody else can picked the case and help me to get my money back, they just said it is only stolen property they can not do any investigation.So, I lost my money , my dignity. I hate now going to this Walmart. 0 star for this place very sad experience. if somebody has any suggestion can help me cal me at 9193322892.

Well how can I put this? I shop at this Walmart every weekend or when ever I'm not in close proximity of a better grocer. This store has the typical Walmart set up and feel but one thing I'm noticing is that there are larger crowds than there is staff. I wish Walmart would select better staffing and workers to keep the stock up and keep ppl interested in being there with out tearing up your aisles and displays. If Walmart doesnt respect it's own location, no one else will. Side note, I recently bought a container of Hungry Jack syrup which was two bucks and some change. The price of the item wasnt the issue. The fact that I made pancakes this morning and had to toss them out because the seal on the syrup container was broken and torn apart WAS! Just an example of how raggedy and rigid this location is. Its spilled milk at the end of the day. I will continue shopping there but I will be alot more proactive about buying so called sealed and fresh products from this store and I suggest you all as sane and intelligent customers check under your items lids and caps as well (for your families and loved ones safety) .

Decent Wal-Mart but the waits to check out can be crazy long. Even at self checkout you have wait and wait. Yes and the Garden Center takes forever too.

This walmart is messy, and they literally stopped us mid-transaction to change the til. It would have made perfect sense to finish the transaction first, but they did not have perfect sense. It took about 5 minutes to change the til which could have waited so we didn't have to wait in line! This is simple stuff, folks.
