The service my the so called manager at Costumer Service has a real attitude problem telling me I can take my returns to a different Walmart and her name is terimka or whatever but she needs to be retrained and tought costumer service the right way
Placed a pickup order just to arrive and made wait for over 40 mins just to be told the item wasn't available and that they wouldn't be able to even transfer it to another store where it was available, was turned away and just told to cancel The order.

I went to ask about getting my eyebrows reshaped at the eyebrow salon inside Walmart but the person working there offered no assistance. Another customer offered me assistance. The only helpful person was the customer service person.
