Always our favorite place to get hibachi!! Food & service is way better than any other hibachi restaurants in or around Raleigh, and staff is so friendly! Sushi is also amazing!

MATSU Hibachi & Sushi is a favorite spot for hibachi lovers in Raleigh. With exceptional food, friendly service, and amazing sushi, it stands out from other hibachi restaurants in the area. The casual and relaxed atmosphere is perfect for a nice step up from an "express" type hibachi place, with plenty of vegetarian and pescatarian options available. The to-go service is efficient and the portions are generous, with fresh ingredients prepared with care. Despite a minor issue with the display pond, this family-owned, POC-owned, and small business is highly recommended for a great meal whether dining in or ordering through food apps like GrubHub.
