Wild Wing Cafe offers a mixed experience for its customers. While Paine's exceptional service leaves many satisfied and the bartenders and servers remain friendly and welcoming, recent changes have left some feeling disappointed. The removal of weekend bands and favorite menu items has taken away much of the fun atmosphere, leading to complaints about the restaurant becoming mediocre. The food is decent, but many feel that it does not create cravings. Often, the wings can be burnt, but on the rare occasion they are cooked well, they can be terrific.
