I’m a local downtown Raleigh native I have always spoke highly of William & Company. Unfortunately the service my family was given tonight was extremely disappointing we sat down for a solid 30 minutes at no point did anyone say a word to us. Even when the water was brought out not even a hello nothing not a single word. Just very poor customer service we did not fill welcomed in the slightest I would try to get the staff’s attention and just be brushed off unfortunately this will be my last time spending my money here. I always tip x 100% or more on my bill as someone who is very familiar with this industry especially in downtown RALEIGH the staff working this night was a poor reflection of what this place use to be. Will stop referring my community to this place. And will be posting my experience on my platform.
