Shouts out to Jayden, I hope that I spelled his name right. I stopped in there on a Thursday evening and I was hungry. I am not real familiar with this restaurant, so after Mr. Jayden acknowledged me and came to take my order, I explained to him that I was not knowledgeable of their menu ( of course I know they serve wings!!). I explained to him the number of wings I wish to order, and I would like all flats, as the rest would be up to him. I left him in charge of picking out my flavors. Let's just say this young man did not disappoint. He chose the lemon pepper and hawaiian flavor , and they were fresh, hot, juicy and tender. Let's just say he understood the assignment!!! Thank you Jayden, you have gained a valued customer for your restaurant.

I was in line and the around 1pm and the lady manager was very rude to the person in front of me because he was saying his order was wrong. She told him she wasn't remaking his food because she heard the first time what he ordered and told him if he didn't like it he could call corporate. When he asked for a manager she said she was the manager then he asked for corporates phone number and her response was goggle it. I then left the store.

I spent 40 dollars at Wingstop. I didn’t get my food until 35 minutes later. The short lady with dreads on morning shift was ignoring me when I was asking for my food. I kindly asked for a refund and she came back with my food and shoved it across the counter. She was very rude and nasty and told me to call corporate to follow up with any issues I had with her or the cross link location. I had high hopes for this location and my expectations were not met. Safe to say I will never return to this location.

I will never order anything else from this location after waiting an hour if not more for my order I started eating my greasy fries only to discover that they had fallen on the floor as I chopped down on grits from off there nasty dirty floor very as well as dissatisfying never again

I’ve ordered here three times and my order has been incorrect every single time. Wrong type of wings, wrong sauce, no dipping sauce, only 8 wings instead of the 10 ordered. 3 strikes you’re out.

I waited 20 minutes for my food just for them to miscount my wings. They initially did not answer the phone even though it rang for 2 mins and counting. When I called again, the lady was rude and wanted me to drive over 20mins for one wing or come in whenever for that one wing. Customer service was distasteful! Will not go back to this location.
Wonderful staff. We ordered on Super Bowl Sunday and customers were rude and unforgiving to a very patient and hard working staff. Very understaffed and still communicated throughout the process and were so kind.

I placed an online order on 2/1 around 10:15p for a six piece flat extra crispy. When I got home I had an 8 count all drums. I was upset to say the least and I called back to the store no answer of course. I was able to talk to a manager today 2/2 her name was Valentina, I hope I spelled that correctly. She was professional, apologetic, and offered to fix my order the right way. I went and picked it up and everything was fresh and all flats! Thank you again! If I ever order at night at this location again I will be checking my bag before I leave!

(Going back to edit this)**I got home and they shorted me 5 boneless and half the fries were basically hollow from being overcooked, if I could give a 0 rating I would**I ordered online, it gave me an eta of 13-18 minutes. I showed up at 20 minutes. I stood inside for over 10 minutes before I was even asked why i was there when there was only 3 other people in front of me. I waited inside the store a total of almost 30 minutes. Basically 0 point to ordering online as it didnt save me any time or headache. On top of all of that, I asked for a coke, guy said okay, walked over and zi can't see what he puts in, I trusted him and it's sweet tea. I don't even know how he does that right to my face. I havent even tried the food yet but Im not expecting much from this location. This isn't the worst restraunt experience I've had. But it's close to it. Not coming back to this wingstop.
