Wonderful staff. We ordered on Super Bowl Sunday and customers were rude and unforgiving to a very patient and hard working staff. Very understaffed and still communicated throughout the process and were so kind.
I placed an online order on 2/1 around 10:15p for a six piece flat extra crispy. When I got home I had an 8 count all drums. I was upset to say the least and I called back to the store no answer of course. I was able to talk to a manager today 2/2 her name was Valentina, I hope I spelled that correctly.
