I went there today and sat in the drive thru for a while because it was right at lunch time. I was on my lunch break. When I got to the window I realized I forgot my wallet. Instead of saying sorry we can’t give you this, the lady at the window was so nice and said she would talk to the manager. She came back, handed me the food, and said merry Christmas! I didn’t mention I’m 3 months pregnant but I really appreciate what they did!!
This location sucks at times, but it’s the closest to me and I love Zaxby’s chicken tenders. The drive thru cashiers could use some customer service training. So rude! And the next time I order a four piece tenders meal I’d like to get what I paid for. Four pieces instead of three!
If you’re gonna charge 25 cents for sauces then you better make sure you give people the sauces they’re paying for. That’s super ridiculous.
