“We saw the reviews, and they just sounded like every other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We went at 9pm, and food was fast, fresh, and CORRECT. First time I’ve been to a Taco Bell and they didn’t forget anything. Service was great all around.“
“Great!!! My husband, daughter and I had an early dinner here today and loved it. We live in Randolph County, but I had a Dr appointment in Albermarle. I looked up restaurants near me and I picked Mazatlan because the reviews were great and we love to support family owned businesses. We walked in and were immediately greeted and sat. Service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious, Salsa was the best we've had, and the sweet tea was very good! The entire staff spoke to us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything came out fast as well, but we never felt rushed! This will definitely be my go to place when I'm in town for Dr appointments.“
“Food was very good, service and atmosphere was lively but also relaxing. Prices varied like most restaurants and given the extensive menu not overly expensive. You could tell the staff was dedicated to your enjoyment and upbeat about their restaurant. I'll be back.“
“Great little Mexican place. Food is terrific. The parking lot could use a facelift. There used to be handicap parking but all the signs have been removed. Now there are some convoluted/vague/weird parking spaces really really close to the entrance.Parking: The parking spaces need to be restriped & repaved. It is missing handicap parking (at least in front of the restaurant). There are potholes that you should look out for. Lastly, there are some strange/weird parking spaces with very very very faded stripes super close to the entrance. When people park in these spaces, you can forget about two-way traffic in front of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There used to be handicap parking. Now all the signs have been removed.“
“We eat here often and have very few complaints if any. It is not uncommon for more than one staff member to visit your table so your cup is almost never empty. I can't complain about the food at all as it is always good. It's understandable to me that sometimes service suffers when the place gets busy but that is to be expected. The atmosphere can get loud, but usually not excessively.Parking: Parking at this location is usually not a problemWheelchair accessibility: The main door has wheelchair accessibility.“
“I went here for lunch today and was so surprised at how fast and easy it was to get seated and served. The food was authentic Mexican tastes good and I can't wait to go back to Albemarle to get it. I was just visiting and this place was suggested and so glad I went. It's a true treasure and will make it a staple whenever I'm in town!“
“I was craving a Taco. So Taco bell here we come. Mistake the food was so greasy and left alot to be desired. The drink was flat and weak tasting. And to make a so so visit even worse the service was horrendous. Never smiled. We ask for a couple extra napkins only to realize we had no napkins. I mean really its a Taco to begin with not to mention the greatest Taco I've ever had. So will take a while to crave another taco“
“Stopped in Today. 10-12-2023. 4pm.Wonderful find. Old school Grille. I ordered a Bacon CheeseBurger Crinkle Fries. ManOMan. Let me tell ya. SOME KINDA OF GOOOOD. BEST BURGER I'VE HAD IN 20 YEARS. SWEET TEA....AWESOME ? APPLE DUMPLINGS ? ? ?. Breakfast til 11am, Open 5am, 8pm. Amazing ?“
