This afternoon I was in the area, and decided to stop in for a quick lunch. I had a fantastic experience! Service was amazing quick and easy, my order came out correct, fast, hot and fresh! It was so good that I had to give credit where it was due and let the manager know. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. Bravo!

1030 at night, Noone answered the speaker for 5 minutes, called the store and they hung up. Finally answered the speaker 2 minutes later, ordered 2 combos, 5 additional sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, and the food wasn't fresh after waiting 10 more minutes for the food and spending $60.

Yesterday evening, I ordered two classic turkey, bacon, and ranch sandwiches. And to my surprise, when at my Swansboro home, I unwrapped each one and discovered they were missing the turkey.

This afternoon I contacted the store and spoke with Emily. I explained what occurred and first she apologized, then second she offered to replace my sandwiches with two sandwich meals. I picked up my order and headed straight home. And they were perfect!

My name is Wayne Skovron. We ordered on line to pick up from the Richlands store. Upon arrival I saw a young lady with a headset on finishing our order. I asked her was that my order. She walked away and pretended not to hear me. Then she was standing by the drive through window, looked right at me and again ignored my question if that was my order. The manager came over and apologized, saying, there is only 3 of us working tonight and I'm sure the young lady didn't hear you. I repeated she looked right at me and ignored my question. She walked over to the young lady and said to just ignore me. I then asked the manager was that order under, saying my daughter's first name. She asked me for my last name. I replied, and asked if I could have a drink holder for the two drinks. She put two straws between the cups, even though I said, I saw the young lady put straws in the bag. I said, Oh, so now you're going to ignore me. She replied, have a nice evening, sir. When I got home they got the on line order wrong. My wife's sandwich was not made to the on line order and she got sweet tea instead of unsweet tea as ordered on line. I also did not get the sauce I asked for with my chicken nuggets, again specified on the on line order. We order on line to eliminate the order being made wrong going through the drive thru. I guess, even on line orders are subject to people not caring about what you specifically ask for?

I love to go to Arby’s, I always get some kind of beef meal, with curly fries and a Dr Pepper. Today I got a four piece mozzarella sticks, and poppers which the three of us shared. The sandwich was so big I couldn’t eat it all and had to take it home, and gave it to my brother for dinner. The customer service at the counter was excellent.

Rob, the GM is a super good guy and you can tell the second you meet him he cares about his job and his customers. I work in refrigeration so I’ve been in their kitchen and it is super clean. I definitely recommend checking them out and say hello to Rob while you’re at it! Great GM and great company!
