Made a order online today amd finally realized that this store under Kim's management showed me what a super size mashed potato was suppose to be with my 4pc combo meal. All these years ordering it and I never was getting the right size. Lol I thought the bag was something else but it was the completion of my correct order and after complaining and finding it was me who screwed it up on shear ignorance of never knowing the correct size, I can say they all did a bang up job and now I'll be letting the other bojangles, if I ever go anywhere else but this one, that I want the correct size, please. Thanks again to Kim and her awesome staff, you guys did great and I truly appreciate you knew what was right.

Everything about this place sucks. The people the service the food everything about this place they never get orders right. The staff is rude as hell they never have what you want and they charge for sauces when you get chicken, which is absurd.

I haven't actually eaten at this Bojangles location.....but I tried, in spite of being told it was a horrible location. Yesterday on 3-23 at around 1:30pm, I went through the drive thru and the lady working was already snippy asking what I wanted and I asked for a 8 piece family meal and she yelled at me that they were out of chicken. She acted like I was the dumbest person alive for going to a chicken restaurant expecting there to be chicken. Apparently they were not planning to cook more chicken which confused me because they were still open for hours. We ended up at Popeyes and miraculously, they had chicken.

Normally, when I go to bojangles, my food is delicious, but tonight, my Cajun filet biscuit was cold and rubbery. Thankfully, my bo rounds were cooked to perfection. Please do better Bojangles, you are my favorite.

Overall the food is good but if you go when it’s slow there is no guarantee your food will be fresh. Dinning area is kept clean and staff are overall friendly.

I only gave one star because I had to. Went to order thru the drive thru and I was the only car in the line when I pulled in. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Then they said 20 minute wait for the chicken to park and they would bring it out. 45 minutes later I go in manager rang up couple in front of me then would never look or speak to me(fyi- she is the one who told me 20 mins) then another worker came up and apologized and said we were waiting on Mac n cheese. Manager would not speak to me. The food was not good and it wasn’t hot. The manager should be fired. She laughed when telling the couple they were out of something and they needed to pick something else. So unprofessional. The employee that spoke with me was polite but should not have been the one to speak to me.

The service is beyond repair. Each time we’ve come through the drive thru the young ladies are nasty, belligerent and totally condescending. Clearly, they need to be taught proper customer service skills or be removed from taking orders as this behavior is unacceptable!

Every time I come here they mess up my order. Why is a sausage egg and cheese biscuit so card. They give me a bacon egg and cheese. Then another time a ham egg and cheese. Etc. it’s happened like 5 times.

We ordered 2 biscuits 1 hashbrown. Biscuits were very doughy and we were not given our hashround. This use to be our favorite place but lately every biscuit seems to be real doughy.
