I was in here eating and a door dasher was waiting for a while. I’m not exactly sure what it was about but the manager was really rude to her. She was yelling and spelling her name out like K E R R I ! There were other people with the store and it just seemed very unprofessional.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First the lady in here named Cary if the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Loud obnoxious and extremely rude. I order here and door dash here and if you ask her anything it’s like she takes offense to it. I don’t know how she is still employed here. There has not been 1 time I have waited less then 15 min for an order while she is working.
I went into Bojangles today to pick up an order for a customer, as I am a DoorDash driver, the manager Kerri was so rude and unprofessional. This is not my first encounter with her. Every time I come into Bojangles, I have always ignored her behavior, but today it was taken too far. I asked her to be sure to add the extra honey, mustard sauce, and make sure there was three pieces of chicken in the customers order as he called me on the phone while I was in Bojangles to let me know that they had been missing from his last order. When I asked the question, she got extremely irate and yelled she always goes by the tickets. I watched her prepare the order and did not include the items that the customer paid for. I asked her to put the honey mustard sauce in with the order and she forgot. When I asked for the honey mustard sauce she slammed it on the counter and yelled she always follows the ticket and if the customer didn’t receive their order that they wanted, they could call and get a refund. She also explained to me that DoorDash was not a priority as far as orders go. I waited over 20 minutes for the order and even had DoorDash call me being concerned about the time I had been at the store. This women was yelling and irate with a store of customers some being children all because I wanted to double check an order and make sure it was correct for my customer. She doesn’t need to be working at any customer service position if she can’t control her emotions.

The food was great went to the drive-in didn't go in service was okay but I didn't get any napkins I was upset about that.

Went by today to grab my daughter some food. It was still early so I ask “are y'all serving boneless chicken?” Cashier says they are so I proceed to ask “can I have the 3 piece tenders, please” rudely the cashier proceeds to ask for choice of side and drink to which I answer. She reads my total and tells me to move forward. I realize she overcharged me so when I get to the window I ask “ I’m sorry what did you charge me for? Your price was less on the menu”
She grabs my card and says “you ordered the 3 piece dinner” again annoyed. I then tell her that was incorrect and repeat what I had asked for. She sighs and says “you didn’t say that!” The manager steps in and immediately corrects it and starts making the correct order. The cashier is highly annoyed, slammed the drive thru window and talking under her breath.
I understand the stress that comes with working in a fast pace environment but this type of service is why so many patrons stop visiting local restaurants and places shut down.
I tend to extent grace because you never know what someone is going through But I know what I ordered and had 2 other people in the car who vouched but a simple “we will get that food out in a minute” would have sufficed and made it a much better experience for all.
I know I’m not the first to have a bad experience at this exact location and it’s unfortunate.

Came through this morning via drive thru ordered large sweet tea and picnic seasoned fry and ended up with a unseasoned picnic fry upon calling i got hung up on and no resolution or offer to replace it nothing highly highly disappointed.

The fried chicken is good to me it a mix of Popeyes and Brown's chicken the mild spicy of Popeyes. peppery flavor of Brown's chicken

Fantastic service on a very busy Saturday morning with lots of beach traffic.
They did me dirty on my meal, I ordered a 3 piece and they gave me 1 full tender and crumbs, didn’t even give me my fries. Cashier in drive through is rude
